How do you access the NVR to get the QR code if you don’t know the password?!

Hi. Many thanks for the vid. In the DMSS app how do you scan the code? Ive looked through the whole thing and cant find this. You dont mention ths in your vid. On my XVR it says on the app go to More > Reset Password. Mord doesnt exist. Any help greatly appreciated
