The advance mechanics tutorial good place to start. Also don’t button mash as much as possible cause it’ll queue up and make you mad lol. It’s a dodge heavy game I would just hit the lab and practice.

Also note which attacks let you kinda “float” in air. For example Arya side special attack does a twirl attack that allows me to recover when I don’t have a jump.

@@Nwposted Thanks for the tips 🙏 I will certainly spend some time trying to improve my game sense and skill. Is it important for me to learn my combos or is that something I will naturally pick up once I get better at the game?

@@stemmyy9950 def will pick that up over time. Been playing since twitch beta came out and only really learn aryas combos today lol. I would work on spacing. Not button mashing. Dodge into attacks/jumps and just learning characters moves. If you know what your enemy has its soooo much easier to try and react/read what the will do. Also I would bind a button/key to neutral attack in the settings. That allows you to use that attack without having to let go of a direction. Literally can make or break certain characters. Learn passives traits as well. Find those below the attack list for the character.

Unfortunatly you named all of the best moves in her tool kit right there. Her down air and forward air are the only ways she can really win neutral. Other than using her box and bomb. However I've seen this with a lot of other characters too and he uses the entirety of Harleys available kit.

So we just gonna pretend he didn’t use his neutral special bomb multi times he didn’t set a trap down and knock her into the trap and didn’t start a lot of his combos with his down neutral his gun and kill her almost every time with the up special his bat and ended his combos 20% of the side with the neutral special hammer
