To everyone who's studying with this video: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ • Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖 I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸

great !! I follow most of the things u say, already and coffee is great , it can keep sleep away for as late as 2 AM.....i drank one cup of coffee at about 6PM, now it's 1 AM, i don't feel sleepy at all.

I've been losing my mind with stress lately... Thanks for the calming study sessions. University entrance exam is in two months and last two years were tough. I'm exhausted and every passing day I'm getting more and more overwhelmed with anxiety. But studying like this helps a bit, I wish the best for you for everyone here. I'm a graduating engineering student. I only have 2 weeks left in univ and I still have a thesis, a drone project, and an aircraft design model to finish-all in two weeks (last week = exams week) which is insane. Tbh, my mental health reached its lowest point this month. Anxiety, depression, and other physical side effects. Things getting worse but I always go to these videos for comfort during study hours. I wish us, and everyone, a stroke of good luck! Hoping to see you guys in a better situation soon.

hổm rài mình đã học cùng Abao không biết bao nhiu video từ các clip 3 hours rồi 4 hours nốt.. nhưng lúc chiều mình vừa thi xong và kết quả không như mong muốn. Thấy rất buồn và không hiểu bản thân, học ngày học đêm nhưng dô thi hong hiểu sao lại làm hong được. Xin một chút năng lượng từ các bạn để mình phấn đấu thêm 2 môn nữa thoi ròi sẽ được nghỉ tết dui dẻ.. mong là sẽ dui dẻ thiệt sự nhe. Thank you for the upload. Your content really helps me to focus on my work. I live in Poland. It used to snow a lot here. Basically, between December and March, the country was covered with snow. However, due to climate change, it is getting warmer here every year. Now we barely witness any snow. And I miss it so much!
