I usually start early in the morning, between 6 and 7a.m GMT. I work every day for about 8 hours, less on weekends.

1) Where are you from? From Greece, but I live in London, UK.
2) What are you studying? I am an environmental scientist, and I study the history of science and the politics of climate change. I also learn French.
3) Why are you still studying? Curiosity and passion, personal growth, cognitive stimulation, and adapting to a changing world. Personal fulfilment.
4) Why did you start streaming? To foster a culture of continuous personal and communal growth. To challenge myself but also to inspire and motivate individuals of all ages to develop a learning mind.
5) Why do you stream so early? That time is when I am most productive because my mind is clear and there are no disruptions.
6) How do you organise your working space? The concept is minimalism, both physical and digital. An environment with no clutter or distractions, where I can focus and be more productive.
