Dropping a 4 hours of Warcraft Facts to fall asleep to..... at 3pm..... and act like I'm not gonna watch it right now anyways. I need something to watch as I level my Hardcore characters
Not sure what the original video was, surprisingly -- but when you go into the WoW name backgrounds early on, as a history major with a focus on religion, you really did your research. Nice job.
Thank you for this, I know this is an old episode but I cycle through them all. Including other channels. I'm very sick right now, so it's nice to have this playing when I'm trying to sleep. Way harder than normal, feel terrible and these make me feel better. My anxiety makes my condition a lot worse, so no anxiety during this :) Thanks again
God I love these, it makes the game feel so much more deep and alive, I never would have noticed all this stuff by myself and it actually makes me more excited to log in and just enjoy the world. Thank you :)
For the past 2 years I've regularly put on your videos before I go to bed, I'd have them on a speaker or on my laptop playing, you have such a unique and soothing voice. And this video will be no different, Except It'll last me a few months :P
Sleep? HARDLY! LOL. These vids are amazing! I've only been playing since MoP and consider myself a lore nerd but I have learnt more in the time of this video than in all of the time I've been playing! I've loved your vids for many years now. Thank you for the time that you give to create them! Keep it going!
I personally loved Mt Hyjal as a raid, but I can understand why waiting for hordes of enemies can be boring for most people. To me, it was an unique concept and one of the raids I loved the most.
pretty sure the axe through the corpse's head is a newton reference, however he is said to have had a "skullsplitting headache" and therefore sat under the tree when the apple fell on his head
Brilliant video, but one small pet peeve i have: Celtic pronounced with a S is a football (soccer) team, Celtic with a K is the people, languages and overall cultures. But this mistake is made by many, so no worries.
Had a gripe, not to "akchooally" u, but sargeras' motivation towards Azeroth isn't to capture the world soul, but to destroy it before the forces of the void can capture it. Titans want to awaken it, void wants to capture and taint it, sargeras and the legion want to kill it, he used to be a titan before he decided that a dead universe is better than a universe controlled by the void. So rlly a misled good guy. Titans disagree and think something can be done to save the world soul who they speculate could be even more powerful than any titan awaken before, or at least more powerful than sargeras was, thus they get a replacement for him. So if anything, sargeras isn't obsessed with Azeroth, but rather scared shitless by it lmao.
I just got to the vanish part, I lived through this and we were told forever and ever that IT WAS NOT A BUG. This was the most infuriating shit I have ever experienced in wow. “Working as intended” is what we always got. Getting auto attacked out of vanish instantly was more common than actually being able to use vanish and have it work. It was like rolling die and needing a 1 for it to work. 2-6? Hopefully you aren’t counting on that vanish to survive lol. I don’t usually comment on video especially make comments this long but holy shit just thinking about it pissed me off 😂
Honestly I'd watch 4 hours of just WoW etymology. Wether the origins of a word are clever or really stupid, its always interesting and lends a bit more insight to what they were thinking while coming up with the concept.
one small correction "attacking the darkness" is from the chik track where he tried to demonize dnd and say it was Satan worshiping basically. John Tron did a video about the movie that was made for it.
