The mannequins in the first part don't move if you look at it (not fully at least). All the butterflies in the second part are also randomised, so if you plan on speed-running it will be relatively hard. I've completed it already so I can give a lot of tips. In the samurai parts, around the butterflies are the samurai pieces you are required to burn, but the mans hitbox is insane and is fast as shit. There are 2 endings, killing sama provides a good ending and saving your parents give a bad ending, I've gotten both in 2 days, so it's quite easy for me.
