I think the main reason plastic surgery is taboo is because people worry about how these procedures could ruin an idol's original beauty, which we have made a whole video about it here so you can watch -> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7QEQYaf2P5c.html
@@lilducky15 this person has left other comments like "when will the love yourself boys(reffering to bts)accept that they have had plastic surgery"this person is being extremely toxic towards bts idk bout' other groups but she also left another comment "like jungkook"saying that jungkook has had plastic surgery infact bts's message itself is love yourself no matter what
I think it's good that idols are open about their plastic surgery, there is such a high pressure in looking "beautiful" naturally, which hurts peoples self confidence. We need to realize that people got plastic surgery, and that it's not natural sometimes
I mean its honestly not our businesses. They don’t really owe us anything. And its not their fault if you feel to a pressure. Like you knowing they had ps won’t make u feel better they still gon be pretty tomorrow and you still gon pressured. All those video out there trying to expose ppl for ps is bullshit
But you know what? Being naturally pretty is not an achievement whatsoever because it is just genetical luck and that‘s it! People can’t choose their looks so when someone happens to be naturally very pretty than good for them but it‘s not an achievement they made themselves but just got freely for nothing. It‘s just a matter of luck and everyone deserves to look the way they want and be pretty! Nobody is born perfect and everyone enhances their looks no matter how they look! People really have to stop this „natural beauty“ is superior and people who got plastic surgery are „less pretty“ mindset. It really hurts.
@@Li-xb1mw it kinda is fan's business tho. They are in the business of using their looks for fame. They are praise for their looks and and how much they fit the Korean beauty standard. People needed to be reminded that most of these idols fit in it because of PS and that it's not entirely natural. This will prevent people from comparing themselves to such beautiful people and having their self esteem damaged
Am I the only who found JooE pretty even way back in 2018? She's always been my bias, and it really made me mad when people were mean about her looks. I wish her well. Stream Yummy Yummy Love!!!
I hate how some fans ignore the fact that their faves had plastic surgery, them calling their fave natural and comparing them to other idols is setting up an impossible beauty standard because they had procedures done 💀
A country where beauty have same level as talent We can't even understand the pressure they go to It's their body they can do anything They were beautiful They are beautiful
i love when idols are honest about their surgeries, some of them get whole new faces yet swear they’re natural and it pisses me off like don’t make me bring out them predebut photos
girl which idols are saying they’re natural when they aren’t?? most of them don’t even say anything because they aren’t allowed to or don’t want to. and how sad of u to say that u would bring out their predebut photos? jeez how sad are u that u have that much time? touch some grass, seriously
Who among kpop idol said that they were natural????????? Based on what I always saw here on socmed it's the "FANS" who's always keep insisting that their faves are natural not the idol
I always wanted to say this, maybe this is the right time to say ; they improved there physical appearance through plastic surgery and made it look like what society demands, there physical appearance which might or might not be in according to the standards of society have nothing to do with 'beauty' . Beauty is subjective, beauty for me is what kind of a human being a person is, there deeds defines there beauty for me not there appearance! They all looks great and have a perfect physical appearance according to standards of society but you don't know whether they are beautiful or not because you don't personally know them!
beauty is subjective ..says that individual of that specieis who rate a person's looks 38 parts of the second after seeing them for the first time (human)...like seriously enough with this cope bs...if beauty is subjective there has to be at least one person believe that Susan Boyle is prettier than Kim Jennie..and not be recommended a mental hospital :/...
This just goes to show, that when you are open and honest as a celebrity about your plastic surgery, you are much more likely to have a positive reaction, rather than outright denying or staying silent on it even thought it is obvious to everyone's eye
I think it's kind of funny how people when they see a pretty male idol don't question how natural their looks are, while when they see a pretty female idol it's automatically assumed that she definitely has had some job done
I am sure males have surgeries but I think more females get it done than males. Sometimes you can tell in both males and females. For males, I think they get their jaws done the most. But I also think there are many natural females and male idols who didn't have any surgery and were beautiful ever since their debut.
JooE had been my bias since Bboom Bboom era because of her personality, and I'm really happy for her as she seems to like the results of her plastic surgery!! I feared that she would get bashed again but it's nice to see the netizens being supportive of her 🥺
I didn't know Eunbi has plastic surgery but to be honest she was still my bias and that will never be change, she is so PPRETTY. Edit: Wow! Thank you. I became a fan of Eunbi when she was still in PD48 and i was so amazed by her dancing skills and Eunbi has the grace effect in which her dance is came with grace, well this is just from what i analyzed.
Jooe is my bias before and until now because of her attitude and confidence also her stage presence she’s giving all her energy makes me loving her more and more💓
It's good whenever idol's accept they have plastic surgery. You know as a insecure person myself I always thought I'm not enough for this high beauty standards. Also these idols boost my confidence,
chaeyeon is a good example of plastic surgery enhancing appearance rather than changing it, when i look at her old photos she looks the same but of course there are some differences, she’s pretty either ways in my opinion but maybe she fits the standard more now
Admiring those idols who admitted they undergone plastic surgery rather than making other feel bad saying "It's just natural. I'm born this beautiful. "
In the case of Heechul, the rhinoplasty was due to an accident as mentioned. His nose didn't really look much different before or after. While it is plastic surgery, I'm not sure if it could be considered enhancing plastic surgery. It was primarily for medical purposes.
Knowing the knetz, these idols are so brave to openly admit they did Plastic Surgery. So proud and happy for them 💓 PURPLE KISS COMEBACK 3rd Mini Album [memeM] March 29, 2022 - 6PM KST
Jooe did became prettier but lost her "uniqueness" ... Her unique visuals back then is what made me pay attention to her more than prettier members. I was really drawn in with her unique visual back then, for me it made her stand out from the rest.
Wow! Prop to these idols for speaking up. I think you should be proud whether you are natural or your choices. As long as you chose to do it and not force by anyone. The Standard of beauty in Korea is on a diff level so for those in the entertainment it is really hard not to get at least 1 thing done. Their faces are being zoomed in and picked out for any negatives by the anti-fans. i hope also hope the fan needs the recognize the culture and reality that because the standard even normal people are hooking into the surgery as well so they can't argue that their fav idols are nature. Love for their talents not bec of their look plz.
In my opinion Joee didn’t need a plastic surgery. She was beautiful the way she was. To be honest all girls of MOMOLAND are gorgeous. But the fact that Joee came straight forward with it and be honest about it. Makes her stand out from the rest. This deserves respect! Good to see that the MOMOLAND community supported her well! Btw she and the unies totally shined in their last single so, keep it up for these queens!
The one's who admitted is being respected and praised instead, But the one's who's just accused to have plastic surgery, always got super harsh bashes and hates
after seeing Sakuras change, i've been 50/50 on the changes some do, since I liked Sakuras apperance before but might just be me (no hate, i've followed her since her hkt day), but hearing them talking openly is just amazing, and small things can make a huge change
And Irene before debut is not that beautiful that people thinking but after plastic surgery everyone says Irene is the natural girl and the visual of 3gen but they don’t see that she is doing a lots of plastic surgery 🙂
It's okay to do plastic surgery but they do also need a consultation and therapist so they don't overdo it. What therapist do is to boost the idol confidence so they wouldn't feel insecure and do more plastic surgery until it get worse
I just think that we should all be a little more honest and little more accepting. Although idols (nor anyone) are obligated to reveal their plastic surgery history, it would be nice if they did. And the fans, have to be more accepting of it because it's not your place to dictate what someone else (if they are not your underage child) does with their body, especially if it was with their own money
In my eyes there is nothing wrong with having an edge over everybody in such a competitive industry. Plastic surgery is personal choice. Although I would prefer people to admit that they got something done but in the end it's their personal choice to not disclose it.
I hate how the visuals usually be the ones with plastic surgery. I believe the visual should have natural beauty bc their a better role model for young girls and teens.
I do listen to Kpop but idk who you're referring to cuz I don't really care if they did a plastic surgery or not. I'm here for the music not their faces
i think for me idols should do what they want to their face if that's what make them confident or happy about themselves and they can freely be open to what they do without getting bashed because it's their life to decide what they will do and what they want people should stop bashing idols for getting a plastic surgery, because the same people who bash idols for getting a plastic surgery to look pretty or handsome are also the people calling idols ugly if the idols does not meet the korean standards or their own standards, people who bash idols for doing what they want should get a life because at the end of the day idols are human too everyone of us has a insecurities that we want to change to be confident and be contented on our self
This industry/beauty standards and delulu fans make my head hurt. The delulu fans who deny with their life their faves didn’t get any work done and the companies who deny extremely talented trainees because of their “look” and the haters who hate on idols who had/allegedly had surgery in my opinion it’s not a big deal! almost every single idols has something done like a big surgery like a nose or eyelid surgery or something small like filler they all have something it’s so common especially with the stress and pressure to look perfect all the time
I want to know who is the plastic surgeon of the SM...because the idols of that company always have the best features thanks to the surgeon, he does the best job in all of Korea.
Idols should be allowed to do what they’d like without feeling pressure, if that’s plastic surgery then I think it’d be cool of them to say so when they do. If only to document and be happy and excited and share their happiness. It can be comforting to hear approval “it’s okay if you want to change something abt yourself to make yourself happier and more satisfied”
Whatever makes them feel more confident and happy, DO IT, and do it right! It's your body and you have to live with it for this lifetime, so if you wanna change it to feel better! DO IT!
I think idols should not be forced to have ps, it should only be their choice. and whether they choose to alter their appearance or keep their natural look, they shouldn't be bashed either way
I think its totally fine for them to underwent plastic surgeries as long as they wanted them and are not forced by anyone. I mean we all have the right to pursue the look we want. Although most of the time its not their decision but the companies'
I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE ARE BEING SOOO IMMATURE....LIKE AN IDOL IS CRITISISEDD FOR HIS/HER LOOKS AND THEN IS PRAISED FOR THEIR LOOKS JUST BECUS HE/SHE UDERWENT PLASTIC SURGERY AND LOOKS EVEN BETTER??WHAT AN UNFAIR WORLD
I have nothing against plastic surgery but when fans call their idols natural beauty even tough they got a lot done makes me angry it’s normal in South Korea to get plastic surgery in a pretty young age. And I mean it’s obvious that a lot idols got something done but then calling them natural beauty is embarrassing. And honestly I love the fact that the idols in the video talked about their surgery’s it shows how confident they are
Heechul had a car accident when suju sesaengs were following him, thats why he got emergency surgery on one leg (almost a complete reconstruction) and nose, he got traumatized after all this.
it's 50/50 when it comes down to admitting whether or not they had plastic surgery. it's really hard because of how harish social media is and its people. i just wish they're happy about themselves now and not be so affected by the standards as much, if not totally, anymore.
As long as they are confident with themselves, don’t have that inferior thoughts that somehow will lead to bad things, I wouldn’t mind seeing them having a surgery. Since it is their body, not mine.💕
These idols are beautiful the way they are even if they had plastic but it's not okay just to call out these idols just because of plastic. Karina had it aka she's from ( aespa) people keep bashing her for having plastic surgery wtf
I have no problem with ps, the only thing is if people were to deny the fact that they had work done. And denying is not the same as not talking about it. Ppl can choose to disclose that info or not.
I personally think there is nothing wrong with plastic surgery kpop is mainly about glamour and after plastic surgery many idols turned out to be stunning and it also make them confident so please we all somehow attracted towards beauty and in last its everyone choice and if idols are comfortable with it who are we to critize them about their decision because if they are not pretty we call them ugly, they put makeup or their photos edited we call them fake and if they do plastic surgery we call them plastic so no matter how they try to please netizens they are going to throw hate on you
Nothing is wrong with getting a plastic surgery (as long as it is safe and done by a certified surgeon). What irks me is when people deny doing it even though they did. Especially if you looked prettier after your surgery, better admit it. It's the best complimentary you can give to your surgeon.
Am I the only one who finds the process of plastic surgery scary? Even if I wanted to get a nose job, I wouldn´t be able to do it, I would be terrified of how it works, of someone cutting my face...
As long as it's their decision. They have the right to look however they want. And I sometimes wonder why people think plastic surgery in Korea is a bad thing like it's one of the things that SK is known for, with idols looking like these, that says something about their plastic surgeons being competent. Why bring down something that makes other people feel beautiful?
its so hilarious to act like the celebrities from the country with the most advanced plastic surgery havent had any surgery. They could be using their celebs as marketing for the industry if everyone would just stop lying to themselves
Its so pathetic to assume that every idol has PS when in fact some of them have natural beauty. People tend to say that theres nothing wrong with PS and saying all idols have PS.
