4 INGREDIENTS ONLY! FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE NO BAKE! Sobrang Daling Gawin!
INGREDIENTS:
8 pieces Fudgee Barr (chocolate cake)
250 ml all-purpose cream (chilled)
1 cup condensed milk (chilled)
1 cup fruit cocktail (drained)
PROCEDURES:
1. Unwrap Fudgee Barr cakes.
2. In an oblong shape bowl, arrange 4 Fudgee Barr cakes, press to fill the bottom evenly. Do the same way with another bowl. Keep aside/chill.
3. In a big bowl, add in 250 ml all-purpose cream, beat until doubled the volume. Then add 1 cup condensed milk, beat until well combined.
4. Pour the cream mixture in the prepared oblong bowl (with Fudgee Barr). Top with fruits and fudge bar crumbs. Freeze for 5 hours or chill overnight.
