I recently began my search in AL for a new PCP. When I needed specialty/sub- specialty care, I was steered to a medical campus 2 hours from my home. The area is known to have extremely heavy traffic all day, every day! I have not been able to get a clear understanding of why all the specialists are leaving a particular hospital, which is a mere 3 blocks from my front door! I would not have given this change a second thought while in my 20s. Now, in my 60s, I appreciate having my medical care providers within a 1 hour drive of my residence. I commend you for taking the time to thoroughly research your topics. Thank you for presenting the topics in a manner that is easy to comprehend. No fancy slides or colorful graphs. A simple whiteboard and felt tip marker are all that is required for a successful presentation. Thank you.
