75gm jeera half cup 75 gm dhaniya 1 cup 25 gm kalaunji pav cup 1 cup rai 200gm 4 tblspoon kababchini/alspice 20 gm methi dana 2 tblspoon. Dry roast all but methidana with 1 spoon oil. Dont roast dhaniya just grind it. Vineger. Adrak lassan paste 6 tblspoon. Aadha cup namak. Aadha tble spoon haldi. Keep fr 1 hour. Oil fr frying. 3 tbspn jeera. 1 tbl spn kali mirchi. 5 6 dalchini. 1 cup garlic. Add 4kg Gosh on high flame. Add masale to leftover marinade. Aadha cup lap lal mirch. 2 cup oil. 2 cup lemon juice. Add this to achar. Add 2 cup vineger n pav cup salt.
I tried!! Taste was good but the masala quantity was more…. I kept some masala aside and mixed it accordingly… remember lemin juice (neembu ) salt and mirchi balance in the end should be accurate then only mine tasted good … Give it a try 😊

ye achar is lihaz se acha he k agar kabhi pakane ka dil nahi chah raha to khali daal chawal bana liya aur sath ye achar 👌 mene bhi banaya tha ¼ kg se acha bana tha lekin itna oil nahi tha usme aur pieces bhi chote the, fridge me rakh dia tha to kafi time tak chala, I will try this recipe but with less oil, agar fridge me rakhenge to oil kum dalne se kharab to nahi hota..
