We challenged chefs of three different skill levels - amateur Scotty, home cook Anthony, and professional chef Frank Proto - to make us their best ice cream sandwich. Once each level of ice cream artist had presented and tasted their creation, expert food scientist Rose popped in to explain the choices each made along the way to add some context to the results. We know there are really no wrong answers here but - which one looks best?
