I've always been very very curious about McMahon's involvement in WWE video games, I specifically mean beyond just his voice acting. I really wonder if he ever hated any scripts that were written for season mode and demanded that they be changed or had his own ideas be put in any of the games. Or maybe if it was ever the complete opposite and he liked an idea so much he decided to take and use it in real life instead of putting it in a game.
I think most notably in SVR whenever the text on screen says belt he usually says "championship" instead, and almost none of the text on screen is the same as what he actually says
@@kanenums8888 Haha probably honestly you never know what goes on in that guy's mind really though I'd imagine he'd be aware enough to know what they are but he most likely wouldn't understand it to a high degree besides the basics and that was back nearly 20+ Years ago really.
For the OG Smackdown vs Raw spot about defending the title on Smackdown and the "Guest Referee" You can actually win the match as normal but you'll be screwed over but still have the Championship.
The latter 2 can happen in the opposite direction if all goes wrong: 1) If you do pin the challenger, the cutscene will show you being rolled up by the challenger. 2) If you don't side with Vince, Vince will favor the challenger and won't even call an single pinfall by your superstar.
Reminds me of SmackDown 2's Season Mode where to retain the WWF Championship by the end of the show you had to lose the title match and then you would attack the Champion and steal the title and become Champion again. If you won the title match the challenger would attack you steal the title and become the new WWF Champion.
You missed one in smack down vs Raw 2010, but don’t worry, it’s not that exciting, basically, in Shawn Michaels road to wrestlemania, you will have a title match against Randy Orton where JBL will cause a disqualification via outside interference for you to win
I have no idea if this is one but mankind vs the rock wwe 13 survivor series and I think it is bc the ref is deliberately trying to force a screw job and doesn’t count mankind’s pinfalls/submissions but idk for sure
Funny that Vince's cutscene animation to walking to the superstar backstage is still the same in SvR since SD3. Or is it since the first SD? I don't remember that.
Honestly my first thought on a match you can't lose is SVR 06 royal rumble since doesn't it just restart if you lose with the last 6 your character being included
This has happened before cause in 2k22 royal rumble my rise level if you get eliminated it's gonna say failed objective try rumble again then when you last in the rumble longer it's gonna say attempt to eliminate someone then that's where you get in a rivalry against Seth then y'all go to WrestleMania and the Monday night Messiah betrays Seth there and you win the match
I hated the 2k20 story mode, it made the male character look like an absolute joke at all times, you couldn't make a "undertaker" like character and have them actually look cool at any time.
