I see people "jugging" on almost a daily basis. They usually drive government vehicles with red and blue lights. They follow people, force them to pull over, hold them while armed (sometimes at gunpoint), then write a note to the occupants of the vehicles letting them know that they will be kidnapped and confined if they don't give them their money.

I use ATM's a lot. I don't go into the bank. You have to be aware of your surroundings. I don't go at night and when I go in the day time, I make sure to look outside of my car and I don't see anyone around me. If there is a car behind me, usually I will leave and come back. I'm always looking behind my back because criminals are everywhere all the time.
