The only thing I did do was melt them down with the Esha Melt N Slay Melt spray, cuz I knew I was going to do updos and I wanted it to stay put. No ma’am, no extra work today, not on 4 wigs, cuz whew! LOL
Do you notice that on the stock card (kota)the darker hair lady says Dr sugar but the Dr sugar you are showing is not the same color. I've heard a lot of people are receiving the right color. Is there anyway you can find out exactly the name that you are showing because it's beautiful
Aaaah! I get you, yeah it does seem a bit darker, I can’t say if it’s her lighting versus mines, the style she did, because if you notice when I did the ponytail the majority of the blonde disappeared from the front. Or if it’s simply two different colors. But if I had to make a choice ima go with what I got in real life as the correct color.
Alrighty, I have confirmed with Janet collection directly that I’m indeed wearing DR sugar in the video there was a previous stock card image issue initially that has been resolved. But DR Suagr is on my head lol
I hate to be a bugga boo but I'm finally getting to order more units and the colors have me all confused. I'm ordering from the site you linked not Amazon. According to what I have which I have tupi in 3 colors the Dr ginger is correct then I get to my Dr tiramasu and it looks like Dr sugar you had on kota thennnn my last tupi says dr sugar but it looks like the toffee color.Can you take a second to look at the tupi stock card and the side with the ponytail.....that unit says its tiramasu i know its hard to tell from that picture but doesnt it seem like the dr sugar? Cause tiramasu is 1 color this unit and the pony on the stockcard shows it as 2toned layered not just the 1 color. Ive seen a review from soneone who did caramel and it seems to be correct. Im only going so far with asking cause im trying to purchace kota, apia and hita and im trying to be clear on color swatches. Also you reviewed tupi but listed it as you reviewing it in tiramasu. There's another tuber kinda had a similar situation excepect her stock card said sugar and she wanted caramel which she did get eventually. This stockcard situation has me so confused. Im trying to get these colors correct. I need to know what color were you in for kota anddd is the color on tupi [updo] actually tiramasu. Tiramasu, caramel, sugar are the color units in question.....look at kota on the hair stop n shop site....look at the colors listed for the 2 color units shown Please please please help!!
Hey Andrea… Janet did admit that there were some color and stock card mix ups that are supposedly fixed. Apparently, the colors that I say I have “are listed correctly.” That’s all I have to go off of, even though I’m not 100% sure about it because more commenters also stated it’s still not right in comparison to what they’re finding. Either way, what I have versus what websites currently have listed in combination to the stock cards may or may not be synced with each other. @CarrieM question....have you purchased or were lifted outre mandisa?Mandisa? [I think is right name?> if not I have it in the stockcard color that is sold out everywhere if you want it. After I sat and thought about it I changed my mind but it was already on its way. Totally unopened! And since you are 1 of my favs I'd gift her to you as a thank u for all you do
I have the DR Sugar. Someone last week in the comments asked me to do this for them because of the stock card color mix up. Verified directly with someone at Janet.
To help you out, because someone else was confused too, DR Sugar only has blonde on the top center of the wig, under that Aka the sides and back and longer lengths it’s darker, when ordering they tell show only the darker part of it not the blonde. Don’t get Tiramisu, that’s like a 613 and the entire wig is blonde, that’s not what I have.
