Reviewing the new Brass Pistol, Navy Pistol, Boarding Axe, Spade, and Extended Surgeon Kit in the Guts & Blackpowder v0.12.0 Update. Has a little gameplay.
I might sound a bit weird in this one because I was trying to talk with retainers. (Also had to reupload this after publication because CapCut messed up the placement of the images during export)
Imo the old medical supplies are still meta, the reason is easy, they still not fixed that bug when we can heal 50% with only 1 supply, as I like medic is cool.so the thing is just jump when the game will use your second supply, just find the moment (by animation and sounds) when to jump and stop healing, but yet if an soldier is on around 30% better don't be hanja and use two supply, sonit will save a lot of supplies, and as a support I prefer water bucket, its very useful, plus I like the ability to heal my self, especially if I'm only medic, and now, when the game harder, its too good to refuse from it.i hope I helped someone
Idk if its just me but i think boarding axe is ASS the gimmick really is not useful in most cases handaxe does more damage and has lower cooldown than the crowd control side and has more penetration the damage side is barely better than the handaxe dealing 52 damage but the cooldown is still better making handaxe have more dps while hitting a bunch of zombies handaxe is better than both of the sides the only thing the boarding axe has is its range which is not even that good just use the sabre fr
Navy Pistol > Brass Pistol In all honesty I bought the Brass pistol first and thought it was meh, felt too inconsistent, bad range, and was barely able to kill 1 Shambler at times, then I got the Naval pistol and WOW it’s like Night and Day, it felt so much better somehow and the Pistol Whip was good for getting out of a tight place.
@@StaleDoritoCrumbhopefully they make Spread a bit more consistent for brass Pistol (istead of Spread all around it spread only from left to right making it better against Blight in Flat surface but worsed in more vertical position, make it have more stand out to other crowd controls Gun)
honestly the brass pistol is actually not THAT bad. Since its obviously some form of pocket shotgun, it pierces enemies, which is something that the other pistols have trouble with (unless we mention the double shot for the db). The extra piercing also allows for you to get rid of barrels more easily that are swarmed by tons of higher health enemies that could tank the initial shot
I think Spade is the best sapper weapon, because of this god forsaken down swing. Not only now can you solo hordes, your builds have more health. That’s so much when you think about it. 40 health is a lot. So yeah.
@@yrovas9277 yeah, other worse swing usually have special ability, (like heavy saber slowes down zombies) but spade only have one op swing and three other just suck
@@German-GT Yas I hope they atleast buff the swing rate of the others by a slight amount, maybe increase the damage a bit too. Because with how it is rn, it’s just too slow and weak to use anything but the down swing
I'd like to think they made the brass pistol that way is because officer is obviously a melee centered class. Your sidearm is used to keep away special zombies, such as Bombers, Igniters, and in some cases, Zappers and Runners. Though imo you can use the Brass Pistol if your playstyle is more safe, gun centered, and want to provide crowd controls rather than dealing with bombers or igniters. Also i find it easier to fill up the charge bar with the Brass Pistol somehow
brass pistol is just a a bit worse navy pistol, and the spade is for sapper who just want to build stuff, overall pretty cool update ,they made so many cool stuff,9/10
brass pistol is for long range charge grabber (if you dont under stand, it can fill the charge at a far distance, also it can fill it up by 24.7% as my eye could see)
So basically They added two seamen pistol A two faced axe that I assume one side is much useful A spade And a surgeon kit that heals faster but less efficient (Good trade ngl)
I think the navy pistol is based off a dragon (A smaller blunderbuss-ish pistol ) it looks almost the same as one. (Fun fact: The cavalry dragoon is named after it)
The brass pistol should've been a heavier hitting alternative to the default pistol. Being a light version of the navy pistol just makes it a useless item, because it offers nothing over the navy.
Free 1.5k francs when join the game zamn kids , also pickaxe dmg got nerfed 100 > 90 has a left swing and could hold to deal more dmg? I tried but no? Idk how it works
Blunderbuss and navy pistol are like musket and carbine. Seaman is crowd controll class, not officer. At least it has shove and blunderbuss hasn't got nor bayonet nor shove, but still can't parry zappers. I think navy pistol is both trash and good.
Tbh I like boarding axe better although it deals less dmg then the handaxe, the back side of the boarding axe has more dmg then the front side, plus hand axe is literally the 2nd shortest melee weapon and it's not even good at killing hordes properly with hand axe and yet you can still get grab by a zombie horde if your using hand axe against the horde 😅
Handaxe is better boarding axe in my opinion BOARDING AXE SUCKS FOR ME CUZ I DIDNT EVEN SURVIVE IN WAVE 10 USING IT meanwhile handaxe is better cuz I survived In wave 12
Hand axe is basically a direct upgrade to saber and is way more versatile than the hand axe because it doesn't have sapper damage nerf and can deal with singles much better
I REALLY HOPE WE GET A CROSSBOW ONE DAY (I’m thinking it’s accurate, has a fast-med reload, low penetration only 1-3 zombies, high damage, and you can shove with it, and since a crossbow would be a rare weapon to see in the time period give it to another class besides the main ones, I’m thinking surgeon, sapper, or even priest since he will already kill zombies with the stake!)
