Well for me with the x55 is working good and that problem with the screen i dont have it. The only bad things for me is no fast charging and i understand because is cheap console and no updates. But the rest is good for me.

About 3 hours after I posted this video, they announcer Rocknix will support the X55 right after they said they wouldnt.

Bro reviews on the x55 are Great! My lil bro (12) Haves a Orange x55, and I have a Brown x55! We love it, the buttons are to clicky

They are great for the money! They are very similar to the RGB10Max3. If you can get it cheaper than the Max3, I say go for it!

I could have sworn up and down that the X55 was 1GB. I looked and you are correct. Bigger screen and more ram, Roknix Support. Also after having the screen in the RGB10Max3 fall apart, I can't suggest it anymore.

@@cosmicgamingunlimitedthere are two versions of the x55, one with 1gb and another with 2gb. The official store sells the 2gb version.

I am very happy with my X55 even though is the 1 GB RAM version. I use Rocknix and it runs flawlessly, but I've got a problem with the HDMi mode that I think is Emuelec retlated. I want to play using an Xbox Series controller, but it ony works in the second or third port and therefore you lose the hotkeys, plus, even though I set all the buttons correctly, they are wrongly placed in most emulators. Is there any way to setup a bluetooth controller and sawp it with the console built-in controller in Emuelec?

I have had issues with series controllers versus the xbox one cotrollers. Try a xbox one controller and see how it performs if you have one handy. I'll dig into why they work different.

@@cosmicgamingunlimited I just tried my One S Phantom White controller mapped and set as the second controller and I have the exact same problem except that the Start button, instead of being set to RB is set to LB. It is such a shame as it would be amazing if you could use a bluetooth controller to play on the TV.

Still SD cards. Yes, get better cards. can get 512gb cards for cheap. Higher quality cards are also more likely to reach their rated read rate speeds, which helps with boot and game load times. If you have an X55, I would skip the RGB10Max3. Smaller screen but better buttons, everything else is the same. Same processor, ram, and wifi/bluetooth.

I bought protective glass for both of mine. When mine came in they had the stolen JELOS installed. I downloaded JELOS and flashed a new better micro sd card. This even fixed HDMI port. I do not care about no more updates. If it is not broke ... Why fix it. If a update comes around that lets me install Kodi. Then I will change my systems. PowKiddy x55 plays game movies just fine. Jalos and Rocknix both can do ports. I think Kodi would be sweet on the x55. The tf2 slot supports up to 256 gig. plenty of room for movies. Also there is 2 top USB ports for a thumb drive.

.... I Have Green X55 Its A Great alil Handheld But I Do Not Touch Screen As If ayou Do It Discolors momentarily .... X55 Analog Sticks Are Garbage For Arcade Games Like MsPacMan And Rompers But Great For Mario And Donkey Kong Country

The screen flex could be an issue when the case is stored in a backpack or something similar. The screen flex test is similar to what reviewers do to laptop screens and chasis.

Prices are around $46 US right now, I opened it up in my teardown video and put a piece of foam behind the spot, took care of the issue. My office fax machine is much more expensive!

@@kelpojohny5562 I think people just missed the point. For the same price at the time (they were still around $76) you could get a more modern and supported device. Now that the prices have dropped and Rocknix support is available, its a very moot point. The screen issue is a design decision powkiddy does on all their devices, they simply dont have supports under that section of the screen. Enjoy your device!! You will have tons of fun with it, there is a great community and plenty of games.
