Here are the 4 SIGNS you're getting CLOSER with God (you may not realize it!)
1. Whenever you sin, or get the thought of sinning, it feels uncomfortable. You feel disgusted, you feel guilt in your heart. And it can even happen with activities that you USED to enjoy indulging in before. This is a sign that God is working in you and the Holy Spirit is dwelling in you, Guiding you, bringing you closer to God! God doesn't convict us to shame us; instead, He convicts us to lead us to repentance.
2. You start to stand out more in sinful environments. Not in a sense that you’re better than them or you’re more mighty but the worldly activities in sinful environments don’t interest you anymore. It feels uncomfortable and awkward. 1 Corinthians 15:33
3. When your conversations with a lot of people tend to become dry. Some of them can even be with your close friends. You realize that you don’t have much in common with people because the conversations are usually worldly and you are saved from worldly things. What can you do? Be the example. Romans 12:2
4. You start to feel at peace. Even when so much is going on in your life you find yourself so immersed in the present, unbothered by what’s to come in the future because you know it’s all in God’s hands.

Yeah me too. Sometimes it's so bad it's feels hard to ask for forgiveness because of the thought that God became tired of me and wouldn't forgive me no more. This I know it's a BIG LIE because there's a verse in the Bible that said God never gets tired forgiving, and that his mercy endures FOREVER. also that verse that nothing can separate us from the love of God. These verses give me comfort. I am a sinner but I'm also a warrior and I am also not alone for Jesus is with my in every battle❤

@@warriorofthelord4142 That's a Bible Verse where Paul and Silas were in prison and an earthquake shook the ground and released them and the jailer, I assume was scared by it asked what he should do to be saved and either Paul or Silas said, "Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, along with everyone in your household." I don't know if your household can be saved without they themselves believing in Jesus Christ. I'd like to think they maybe if I pray and pray for them that it'll save them.

@@BOTDF12591 No they cannot be. Because only those who individually confess it can be. Lord wants people who love Him and respect Him. Only those people go to Heaven. I wanted to even give my life for my family so I would go to Hell in their place and they to Heaven but He said no. You love Me they do not and I want those who do which is you

@@warriorofthelord4142 I feel like that's the problem though, there are people who haven't heard of Lord Jesus or know Him. Do you think it's fair to send people like this who are blind to hell? EDIT: I agree that everyone should come and pray and give themselves to Jesus, but for others, they might not have those opportunities like we do. We need to pray that Jesus finds these lost sheep, that they be saved. Because hell is literally a place that I wouldn't send even my worst enemy. I don't think people truly understand the magnitude of hell, there will be no rest, no breaks, nothing by an eternity of endless fear, torture, and suffering.

@@Mdsoyabaktar25 here's the thing. I read the bible, not the Quran. And you're welcome to believe what you want to about Jesus. From my experience, though, He is the Son of God, not just a prophet. I've had several visions where He appeared to me, and the power in His name and His presence goes far beyond the confines of a prophet.

Brothers and sisters i have a question , What does it mean if i have recently decided that i want to turn my life to christ , i want to be a good hearted christain , i have hopes in being a gaming preacher that i can pass on messages from the holy bible in which i have wanted for the longest time that i purchased today from amazon , to help me preach messages on to others , believing that as a preacher its my hope that we can make a change in the world by passing on God's messages , wanting to do the right thing all the time , always obeying God's 10 commandments always doing good , helping others feel good about theirselfs makes me feel good , praying to God more watching and learning studying from preachers obeying the holy bible asking God to forgive me for i have sinned against him my entire life , obeying and doing what the holy bible says , * never allowing myself sex becuase sex is lust and sex is sin* so i dont want sex* that i love and respect women and everybody so much so that i sometimes feel i have so much love to give that i *hate sex* this a good sign??? or this a bad sign??? that im closer or im disconnected from God???

The 4th 😭😭 Small testimony just a couple of days ago i got terminated from my job i came out and prayed to God and told him to have mercy over my life and to help me find a job but the whole time i was at peace. Next day God had a job ready for me got hired for the same pay and better hrs, monday to friday with time to go to church! Our Father is amazing 🙌🏻

Just sharing you this, as Romans 6:23 says, for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. God loves you so much that he sent his son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to pay the price of all our sins. After 3 days after he died,he rose up from the dead. He will accept you not matter what you been through or have done. Accept the lord Jesus Christ as you lord and savior and ask forgiveness of all your sins to be saved from sin and have eternal life and not go to hell Jesus is our only hope for salvation and the if you don’t accept him you will not heaven and you will go to hell if you don’t accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior ✝️

I'm so blessed that my best friend converted to Christianity when I started to get more serious in my faith. Not just because it means he isn't going to Hell, but also because I'm able to help him seek God's way and he's able to help me when I have doubts. We regularly talk about God for hours. I was so worried I would lose him when I started getting more serious but God provides.

the 4th sign remembers me when i got a bad grade at school, i was crushed, i thougth" oh no im going to have no future", but then at lunch time i went to the library to read the bible and then i read mathew 6: 25-34 that said about not worrying with the future to not being sad for the past, to trust God, and that hit me a lot, made me believe more in God, it was not a coinsedence, i feel it, i was studying the bible and i read those specific verses in that specific chapter after a situacion 100% related to those verses, man thats just crazy, i love God, amen!

I didn't understand why people cried when they pray before they were on fire for Christ. But in my journey, I was crying when I would sin. And it would be the sin I wouldnt truly see as sin, if God never called it out. To kneel when I pray is to be humbled by God, and when I cry, it is because He is cleansing me. The tears I shed because of God heal me. I feel more at peace crying to Him as He tells me what is right and wrong. The Father is good ❤

I sin every now and feel guilty for being so weak. I try my best to fight these dark urges or desires that do not serve me or God. I learned to turn to the lord last June when my youngest devoted brother passed away. He always pushed me to have a better relationship with the our Lord and savior. Through our love and trust in our lord Jesus Christ will we be able to get to his father and into the kingdom of heaven. Amen!

That's why we can pray before God's throne and be heard ❤ Don't listen to the devil's lies. He will say you can't pray or seek God for your sins. God, instead, says: Come to me all the weary. Yeah I've been noticing that a lot lately sometimes when I do something considered a sin I feel guilty right afterwards and other times I don't feel anything. Though I do feel myself becoming more distant from most of my friends not all of them. I try to be as kind and friendly to everyone as possible but sometimes you can't. I know it's not an excuse but it happens, I always feel immediate guilt after being rude to someone. And it doesn't go away.

I didn’t followed Jesus with truthfully, I did It just to satisfy my ex girlfriend. Now that we broke up I have finally decided to take my cross and follow Him! I have a feeling of closed heart, but i still read bible sometimes, i even wanna preach in some multiplayer games, i hope my loss of faith come back 😭 but im not giving up 😅❤,but one more problem, its super duper hard to find joy again 😢 thats what i hate about my feeling of closed heart, especially when im a kid, please pray for me, i don't have peace yet I always cry but still not giving up. ❤

I sometimes feel really bad when i know i do something wrong, especially when its something i told myself i wouldnt do it again. And when i do, i really hate myself. Ive been struggling with it a lot lately

I was fasting non eating and not drinking till 3pm for 3days and praying i felt like so happy I felt like flying in the sky and the devil was fighting me and there was a drunk man driving while I was crossing the street he hurted my ankle but he didn't hurt all of me I felt God protects me loves me and cares about me like psalm 91 said He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge

Ever since I seriously considered putting my faith towards God, I've been transformed in my faith towards Him. Every day I walk closer to Him, and as I walk along with Jesus, He is sending people into my life to help me achieve my own dreams. He's also humbling me with lessons of this cruel world, though it renews my faith in Him, that He always has a plan, no matter how hopeless. Now I'm just living every day according to His will, and moving forward. Over the past 45 days, I've met people in Virginia I would've never met otherwise without His help, and He is showing me the way like a pointing arrow to that specific state to exactly the kind of place I want to live in. He is paving the way for me to thrive, and I am seeing that in myself as well. I'm heading back to Virginia again next weekend, and I will be staying. No matter what happens, I am confident that He will provide.

i NEEDED to see this cus i’ve been doubting my closeness with God lately. anyways, literally a week ago i saw a christian post n i decided to FINALLY fully devote myself to God bc i’ve had enough of my negative self. i decided to end the cycle completely after years of anxiety. during that time i would still TRY to pray everyday to God n read the bible as a HABIT at times , but that was out of guilt only, i didn’t desire a spiritual life n i HATED that sm, i would cry sm over that , i would pray pray pray n still not feel any desire, even after being emotional in a church event. ive prayed for a desire to follow Him completely and give up my worldly desires, n He answered my prayer now, im no longer super negative, angry, upset, and anxious , He has freed me n all i see in life that holds meaning is HIM, He is THE LIFE, there’s no point in living a worldly temporary life js to perish, we NEED Him. HE IS THE TRUTH, THE PEACE.

This video brought me joy. Just because I was able to see how far I’ve come with my relationship with God! When I was in 7th, I was going down a really bad path, and then he took me out of school, and now all I can do is thank Him over and over and over again, because he saved me from destroying myself in high school. I feel the same with the 3rd point. I constantly ask God for wisdom, guidance, and "may the words of my mouth and meditation of my heart to be pleasing in His sight." I've noticed that I act differently. Using foul language feels wrong. Participating in gossip feels gross. I used to love those things. I used to love the "Conservative destroys Leftist with facts and logic" types of videos on RU-vid. Now I can't stand to hear what are supposed to be my political peers participate in the same sort of political poop throwing. I even rebuked some people on a Charlie Kirk video today. They were saying that the student he was debating with "needs to get punched in the mouth." I asked how that would solve anything, Jesus told us to "love your neighbor as yourself" and "love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you." My comment is invisible if not deleted, but I am still getting notifications from RU-vid that people are replying to the original poster. I don't remember enough of what I said to try and rephrase it in a way that will hopefully stick this time. I have lost track how many times my comments relating to my faith have been deleted so I can no longer see them. Part of me feels it is a waste to comment on any video anymore.

With number 3, it was the complete opposite for me. I got closer to my friends once I noticed we all wanted a closer relationship with God, and we were able to talk about our struggles together.
