If ur a young guy like me (19) and enjoy being outdoors and doing things with your hands, would highly recommend looking at wildland firefighting. I did it over the summer and after 4 months of work I had gained 12 lbs of mostly muscle, have a decent beard growing, and my cardio/overall strength improved. Its an awesome way to get moving, be outside, get your hands dirty, and workout/stay fit/increase testosterone all while being paid for it. Its also a good way to expand on the dad lore lol

Can morning wood fade before you wake up due to you not waking up directly from REM sleep? Also, is delayed morning wood a thing? Like you know how in the morning your getting ready for work/school so your busy with wtv your doing? But once you stop and get in the car or sit down to eat breakfast, you get a random hard on for no reason?
@@r.sriram5820you can also increase your test through a proper diet. There’s no supplements with “proven” evidence to increase test, only people who claim to have benefited from it themselves. Best ways are what he mentioned being, sleep and resistance training (heavy legs specifically), and optimizing your diet
