Well what can I say....been retired for 18 months and found your recipes....went out bought a slow cooker. Made your campfire stew and just took my chicken out ready for the pie tomorrow....you’ve got me hooked young lady xx
I was always told that chicken should be cooked on high in a slow cooker which I always do. Leave it in about 6 hours and it's fall apart tender. I use a silicone basket to cook it in as it's easier to lift out and drain.
Have made your chicken pot pie and Leek and potato soup, am doing your chicken curry Noodles tonight. Thanks for helping me get some use of my slow cooker without just doing casseroles which my daughter doesn't like. It's a life saver as I work long hours in social care so I can put things in and my hubby can just do finishing touches when he gets in. You're a star.

I love my slowcooker. Having a disability means that cooking on the stove top is difficult for me but I can cook all sorts of things in the cooker from curries to soups to stews and bolognaise. I've barely touched on what you can do with it and I really want to try some cakes and desserts..
Lovely ideas as always! I usually do mince and sausage meat for my meatloaf and do it in the oven, but instead of a loaf tin I pop the mixture into a muffin tin! Cooks much more quickly and I can easily freeze the individual mini meat loaf muffins too!
I love your slow cooker meal ideas I’ve actually had the beef one from your last slow cooker video and have done the chicken with cream cheese and the whole chicken we enjoyed all of them but I now have my eye on that meatloaf it looks blooming delicious 😋 xxxx
I like watching these videos, I have a large slow cooker (parents bought it me for Christmas last year), but there's only me & my son. I'll have to figure out how much to put in so don't do too much (though I could freeze leftovers).
Love watching your video. Btw try to grill Polish sausage -same way you would grill normal sausages - it's perfect served with mustard, ketchup and caramelized onion on a bun -like hotdogs
These all look so delicious. I’ve just put the creamy sausage casserole on but I used normal sausages and half a chorizo instead as that is what I had in. And let’s face it it’s too cold to go out today around here. Can’t wait to try it and let you know tonight x

Some them the voice is so irritating(squeaky and loud) your just right. I have a question from this video, what type of baking dish is it you used for the chicken pot pie? We followed your camp fire gammon recipe last night, it was very tasty but overly salty, our kids couldn't eat much, with the gammon, salt in the beans and salt in the jelly stock it was over powering. Next time we might try low salt stock and beans. Something I didn't know about but aparently you can soak gammon to take out some of the saltiness, if I'd have known would definitely do that next time
It’s odd as mine is never salty, I think the different gammon joints can be a big factor. You can definitely soak it to remove some of the salt although I’ve never had to x

@@Victoria_Foulger don't get me wrong was lovely just too salty for us, we bought a standard asda non smoked gammon joint. We did also make your chicken pot pie and ooooft it was sooo yummy! Me and hubby had seconds 😍
