Anything you want in life, follow these steps, and you will manifest it. It is important not to mistake these words as anything less than what was stated. If you follow these steps, you will manifest exactly what you ask for. There are no maybes, perhaps, or possiblys. There is only certainty.
Step 1. You must ASK. It sounds so simple, yet most of us never take the time to truly ask for what we want in life. Instead, we wander without purpose, without any direction, no target to aim for, shooting blindly in the dark, hoping to be lucky enough to hit the one in a million target that will make you happy. You must decide what you want, and ASK for it. Then, and only then, will you be able to see the target, unmistakably clear. Now, you may be thinking, WHO do I ASK? You may ask whoever you would like. Some may ask God, some may ask the universe, and some may ask themselves. Who you ask does not matter. All that matters is that you decide what you want, and ASK FOR IT.
Step 2. You must Visualize it. You must paint a picture in your mind of exactly what you want. You must visualize what you want as if you already have it in your life right now. What would you do if you had it in your life right now? If it were money, how exactly would you spend that money? If it is finding the love of your life, how would you spend time with this wonderful person, and how do they make you feel? If it is losing weight, how do you look? How do you feel? How do people interact with you now? As you paint the picture in your mind, you create a clear and specific image of what you are manifesting. The more clear your visualization, the better. It is important that you do not try to figure out HOW you will manifest what you want. That does not matter and will only deter your ability to manifest.
Step 3. You must Let it go. After you ask for what you want, then visualize what you want, you must let it go. You must allow your visualizations and images of manifesting exactly what you want to escape from the conscious mind. I know this may sound counterintuitive, though you must let go of those thoughts consciously, so that your subconscious mind can take over and guide you from there. All you must do is let it go, and allow your day to day life just play out as it should. Your subconscious mind will be working in the background, guiding you the whole way. Just let it go, relax, and allow it all to play out.
Step 4. You must Take Action. Now, I know when I say take action, it sounds like hard work and effort that we just don’t have the time or energy for which is why we are trying to manifest this stuff in the first place. Though believe me when I say that This is actually the fun part! This is the exciting part!
After following the first three steps, something will begin to happen inside you. Something will happen outside of you as well. Something will be guiding you. You will naturally have the motivation and the energy to take action at the right place and the right time. Things will begin to happen. Opportunities will present themselves to you as if they were gift wrapped in diamonds and gold. It will feel surreal as everything begins to fall into place. It will feel as if a miracle has occurred in your life as the sky opens and drops into your lap exactly what you asked for. When that opportunity presents itself, you must take action.
I have created this meditation to guide you through these four steps. Because the true secret to manifesting what you want, is through meditation right before you fall asleep. Doing this will bring you into a deep state where your thoughts will go directly into the subconscious mind. Like a portal that allows you to manifest exactly what you want with speed and ease. Repetition is important. If you listen nightly for 30 days, you will watch in pure amazement as the world unfolds in front of you, manifesting to your exactly what you asked for.
