You can't call Guyana a Black /Indian country. There's no one ethnicity in Guyana, it is a diverse nation, 39.8% of the population is of East Indian origin, 30% Black African 19.9% multiracial, 10.5% Amerindian and 0.5% other, mostly Chinese and whites (most notably Dutch people, Portuguese and English).

There's no mentioning in this video of any of the suspects socially identifying as an "Indian" (S. American). They are certainly under the Latin American label, as are the Guyanese/Brazilians/Venusalans/Caribbean region are too.
