Diego, please get yourself a proper mask for when you are cutting bricks, cement, stone, sanding, even mixing cement or plaster & the dust rises, etc. You don’t want to be unable to work on projects - it’s what you love & are good at - 5 or 10 years from now because your lungs are affected. I think putting noggins between rafters will make the floor much stronger and remove the bounce as the wood dries. Hopefully you can do it cause the price of wood is very high nowadays. Great work as always.

Diego, please buy an N95 respirator for when you’re working around construction dust. Please also buy a paint/stain/chemical respirator. Goggles are also important.

Great work. Probably a good idea to add in noggins between all your floor joists. Makes the floor much stronger and for only a small additional cost. Not sure if you said you were going to do this at the end of your video or not. 👍👍👍

Well done Diego! What another great step forward! It was not until you took that cupboard down that I realised how high the ceiling level was even on the second floor.
Diego you have special skills and determination that is rare these days. There is no down time when you have a plan and you just get right at it until it’s done. Like the farm house this Little Village house will be something special. I look forward to seeing your vision develop over the coming months. With all the construction noise going on I’m sure the people in the village will know it’s only temporary and they’re very glad you’re rebuilding the house.

Really enjoying the Villiage House project. It is nice to be able to see how everything you do transforms the space. Much more difficult with the house project.
I have seen one carpenter/builder/renovator attach all of his floor joist hangars/brackets to the beam before he put the beam in place. It seemed make installation of the beams much easier.

I love the little village house and the work you have done so far. Are there no other people who live nearby? I see no cars or bicycles or people for that matter. It looks very deserted there. And yes I agree with all of the other commenters. Please get a mask and some eye protection. We want to be able to watch you for years to come

Diego, I really like your work ethics, like you know what you want and you don't waste any time to get working on it. If you only knew how many men I have known that that they would do only half of what you are doing in a day, even so called profesionals😀 You are very talented. And this house you are now doing is gonna look very nice, because of the layout. The only thing I would have done different is the staircase upstairs, not from where you have it but from entry place, so like it is in the middle of the house and is exactly to the front door. I would also make a wardrobe in the entry, to put coats, hats and shoes, boots. Don't mind me Diego😀 I just saw the vision like that. Still it is your house, but you asked if we have any ideas.
