My hair reduced falling after I did these things. I used homemade hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided brushing my hair when it was wet to stop it from breakage. Once a week, I rubbed my scalp with hair oil. I washed my hair 1-2 times a week with liiitllextra cocconion shampoo.

Earlier, my hair fall when combing post-application of oil. But after applying this liittllextra cocoonion oil, I’ve noticed less hair on my comb. Now less hair falls after shampooing. But anticipating some good results after one month or so. As around 60% of my hair fall has been controlled.

@@meshiyet Rinsing with water would remove the products we use to maintain our hair, why would we rinse? There's refreshment done with spray bottles + a cream/mousse or leave in conditioner to bring curls back, but rinsing removes everything we do in and after the shower.

@@AstoricaArt ah i see. The city i live in is hot humid and polluted so it’s impossible not to shower everyday. So i skip the routine and just use conditioner daily. I only use products when I’m going somewhere important

You can try diluting the product in water spray bottles and that tends to help some people. You might also just be using product that is too heavy for yourself, try getting more lightweight options if you can. Usually foams/sprays are lighter than creams

I live in southeast Ga. High humidity all year round. I have a question: All leave in styling products that claim to be humidity blockers I notice contain glycerin within the first 5-7 ingredient list. How can these products block humidity if glycerin is a ingredient within top of ingredient list? Glycerin attracts from atmosphere.

I believe that it's because of the other ingredients that seal in the moisture and keep the cuticle smooth. Moisture is good for hair, but frizz makes hair wild and dull. The oils or silicones keep the cuticle layer from losing its mind. 😊

don't know how to help you with the frizz but maybe dry shampoo would help? you could carry it around and sprayed it on your scalp can help with volume. I live in a more northern part of the world so I have no idea if that will help despite the heat or if you've already tried it

Have you gals tried anything that works in this Texas Heat yet? I was born and raised in Houston, lived in Austin for over 20 years, and now in San Antonio. I love the humidity for my skin, but not my hair. I currently resemble the cowardly lion, if he stuck his finger in a light socket.

I spent all day making sure I used clarifying shampoo, used hair mask, hair treatment, let them sit n used a shower cap with low heat blow dryer with each one, then conditioned, used leave in, curl activator, denman brush the same way she does, and then gel... Plopped my hair, then air dried then diffused. Then scrunched out the... U know the saying, I hate that saying lol... Then used a tiny bit of hair oil...my hair was so nice and soft, better than ever.. I was so happy cause I've been watching so many curly girl videos and trying so hard to take better care of my hair and it was finally soft with beautiful curls and waves... Plus I followed her video on how to trim your hair in pig tails for layers today... anyways 3 hours later it's just a frizzy poof 😭 n I didn't leave my house.... I'm so disappointed... Ig I'll wait a few days n try again without the curl activating cream

Clippies!! They help to lift at your roots! I always use after shower while hair is air-drying (my hair dryer with *diffuser sux atm (*too small and I hate it😑)) and I have bangs so I esp. use there to lift. Just don't forget to take them out before going in public like I have! 😜😂😅✌🏻

I don't even bother leaving my hair down in humidity, it's too hot and the hair makes my neck sweaty. I have 3b high porosity hair, there's no product that's going to prevent the humidity outside from causing frizz. Also, the sun dries out my hair so I prefer to just protect my hair with oil and styling cream to put it in a high bun. My hair loves cold weather, fall and winter my curls chill out so much, it's like they come alive again after being depressed, they become a mix of 3a/b in the fall and 2c in the dead of winter. Shiny, no frizz, relaxed curls.

When the keratin treatment fades, you are still going to have to deal with your curly hair in the end. If you keep on doing the treatments, ur hair will probably not react well and start falling out more. Honestly, just put curl cream and ur good 👍😊

Exact same thing with me. I’ve never really found anything that helps besides adding a bit more product to the back and then scrunching till you gets curls that are a little closer to the front. If I find anything else I’ll let you know!

Yes it can mean your hair is damaged. If your hair has any color or previous color it is automatically high pours. Id say spray ur hair down when you use your products and use products with water in the ingredients so it re activates whenever you spray water into it

Thank you Thank you Thank you for this video! I have found over the years that many of the styling products and recommendations you've suggested haven't worked for me and it is bc they're just not meant for the kind of humidity that we have where I live. But bc that wasn't stated prior to me trying those methods, I was always just kinda left wondering what the heck was wrong?!? So, I really appreciate that you're talking more about humidity and some of the differences for styling and living in such climates, daily (like for example, I bought the Verb ghost oil, but even with only using 1 pump, the oil just completely destroys any hope for a lasting cast, I haven't found a way that can ever be incorporated into a humidity routine)

when i went to a curly hair sylist she said it's not heat that damages curly hair the most it's straightening out your curls so it's fine! you can always use low heat or the cool setting too :)

The point of a diffuser is to distribute the heat evenly and broadly, so it’s much less damaging than a concentrator attachment which blasts the heat in a thin line across your hair. Also as long as you’re using a heat protectant and maintaining ur hair in between with deep condition treatments, you should be fine. You should also use the cool shot button on your blow dryer every so often while blow drying to give your hair a chance to cool down and reset while styling. Hope this helps :) I’m not an expert, but this is just what i’ve picked up

Yeah if your roots look frizzy or feel dry you should, but it’s just that you’re not supposed to do that with styling products unless you’re gonna shampoo your hair the next day

I use sheamoisture conditioner on my roots and I have fine hair but usually I'll put that just barely off my roots and use a volumizing conditioner directly on them.

I have always heard that using hair gel frequently can destroy the hair, is it true? Hello, I have curly hair, but my hair is more curly than most, it's super curly but it's not coarse. I have tried alot of things but my hair is usually quite frizzy. But my main problem is that for some reason the bottom half of my hair is always frizzy. Like the top will look good but the bottom is always frizzy, I try to separate it but it never seems to cooperate with me. And I have tried growing my hair for a long time now but I always get to much volume and it shrinks up. When my hair is wet though it's super long I just want it to stay how it looks when it's wet. Sorry this is so long😂 have any tips?

yeah. When I was in Vegas I used AG recoil activator to straighten my hair. Then I pull it apart and added a little shea moisture curling gel souffle. Because there's no humidity in Vegas at all basically I could keep that same style for like almost 6 days. Now that I'm in San Diego fla at the wash my hair every other day and the girls don't last half the day because of the humidity which is not bad humidity but it's more than Vegas. And on top of that my walls are concrete so humidity sits in the house all day lol. After watching this video seems like I need to use multiple products

my curls don’t crunch after i use put my product in it and my curls are shiny and nice. I just think you guys are using too much leave in product or conditioner u part your hair into halve, then just apply one think of product on both sides. then hair dry after getting shower shower and bam my curls are perfect each time also depends on your hair type tho im like a 4a-4b
