Good tips, but I for some babies it's impossible to be put down drowsy but awake I think. My baby just screams until he's so upset it will take another hour to fall asleep. It's hard for him to fall asleep even when rocked and breastfed. Not to talk about putting him down... He's 6 months now, I used to be so upset hearing he should be able to fall asleep by himself. I just accepted he has really light sleep and he resists sleep a lot. So this is for the new moms don't stress about it too much 😂❤

It is sleep training but I think what she meant is “how to teach baby how to sleep without crying it out”. Many people believe that sleep training is when babies cry it out
