Who's excited for the new TROPICAL PACK? I know I am! Have you ever felt bored or uninspired to build for exhibit animals in planet zoo? Maybe you just need some inspiration!
Great ideas here. I feel like doing the 1st thing for the Yellow Anacondas, it'll give them a much deserved highlight while obscuring the actual size of their enclosure.
Great vid. The temple frog looks fantastic. An idea I have, that I haven't built yet, is a swampy habitat with alligators or crocs. A guest walkway meanders over the misty water, in and around some big, swampy trees, and along the way are a couple of exhibit animals (like the bullfrog) that are in something like old fishing shacks or at the end of a rickety pier or maybe an old boat house. Another idea is using the restaurant facility and having an outside eating area/courtyard/veranda and incorporate an exhibit in the middle of the courtyard. I was thinking a desert theme with a southwest style restaurant/courtyard and any of the desert exhibits like the rattle snake. I love the exhibits and there are so many unexplored creative ways to use them.
This was a fantastic video. Effective, straight to the point and filled with great ideas. I love to use the Exhibit Animals even today, they were one of the game's selling points for me. What I do sometimes is make a thematic kiosk in the middle of a path and throw in an exhibit in there just for fun.
@@aniixgaming Inspired exactly by that, haha. Usually I do a little covered area around the exhibit with some vending machines and sometimes a gift shop too.
I absolutely love these ideas!! I'm inspired to do more for the exhibit animals now too. I honestly have them throughout my zoos, but they just didn't look creative - yet!
i don't even play planet zoo but was so invested and semi jealous since im on console and can't experience building such fancy things lol. luvluv the castle type exhibit
This video was my Sunday morning poop video. Big thanks, it was very nice and even though I was already doing some of this, it was still hella cool and inspiring
Loved those ideas! I’m playing planet zoo since the beginning, but never combined an exhibit with a habitat. Oh, and I never go for realism anyways. I know most players do, but I like to do the most creamy creative things I can think of.
I don't use those animals that much because I don't know what to do with them. So I only have frog house (every frog exept Red-eyed tree frog),American Desert (Scorpion, Gila monster, Rattlesnake and If they add it I would put Roadrunner in there too. Also it's full of desert foliage) Australian Reptile Corner(every reptile in oceania (exept the croc) in half o' circle), Hippo house (Pygmy hippo, land snail and Goliath beetle), Mexican corner(Green Iguana, Axolotl and Monarch Butterfly (Would like to eventualy expand and add Mexican tarantula and some other mexican animal from future DLC) and I'm planning European Rivers (I have build a bit but I don't have place + I'm waiting for some european animals in (otter, carp or kingfisher) I also want to make American Wetlands (Gator, Bullfrog and Terrapi), Spider House (Because of the themed bench from Twillight pack) and Constrictor House (Anaconda, Python and anything else they will add. But I usually put them in just a box to be in location I need them to be (In my main zoo for example I put Puff Adder and Scarab Beetle in my African Desert section and I put Giant Burrowing Cockroach in my Australian Section. Although I usualy put them where there was space (I have like 6 Green Iguanna exhibits because it was just empty without the exhibit... I kinda let myself write a book there sorry.
I still haven't got my computer for planet zoo but I'm wondering with the maned wolf if you'd be able to deep the water and make it so the axolotls water is level with the lake
I did try that! Unfortunately the water goes by 1m increments so I would have to figure out how to make it level. Probably adjusting the height of the exhibit.
Great question! I can make a video on that next. but for now, I would challenge yourself to build something small, maybe just a single habitat that isn't a part of any specific zoo for an animal you love.
These are good ideas but it feels like a waste having a "habitat" for just one exhibit i prefer houses. Something really cool ive seen is having a walk thou exhibit in a walk thou habitat. I do like the idea of having a exhibit be apart of a habitat it make it more interesting. Might try that one
