items going through portals load chunks, so im pretty sure as long as your belts are constantly full of buckets and throwing them through the portal it should be loaded anyway, might need some testing and also a way to get rid of excess lava to prevent overflow too.

I feel like the most obvious one to me that you left out is a cobblestone generator that converts the cobble into lava.

The Chuck Loader for the second method (Lava Buckets From The Nether) is NOT necessary, since this method already IS essencially a chunck loader. There's even a BENEFFIT in NOT putting a chunck loader in that building: When your tanks becames full, the buckets will all stop at the drain, and the machine will stop throwing buckets to the Nether, essencially auto-disabling the chunck loader and saving process power of your world. When you start using that lava, the buckets will be drained and the machine will continue it's process, throwing buckets to the Nether and re-activing the chunck loader. It was not inttended, but it is genius. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Edit: I commented it AFTER I build the machine, so I'm not just thinking all that, I've really tested it out

I've been using create for a couple of years and never in my life I knew the train part was possible!

Step 1: go into the create mod config and change whatever has something along the lines of “infinite lava source minimum source block count” or some crap from 10,000 to lets say 2. Step 2: enjoy

Do you need the chunk loader? Pretty sure the items being thrown through the portal loads the chunks on the other side anyway.

you can also make a cobble generator that puts the cobble into super heated mixers and that will make lava too

Someone please help I have spent days making the 10000 source block lava pit it does recognise as bottomless supply, but when i start pulling out lava, the lava sources are consumed😭

hey so i am having trouble with the bottomless supply one basically when i try to drain it from the bottom it displays that it isnt a bottomless supply but when i try to fill it back up it says its an infinite supply so it doesnt let me fill it

i did the nether thing to fill a hole with 10 000 buckets of lava so i had an infinite source in the overworld

I checked the last method in the creative and it turned out to be non-working. I even made pool more than required and it didn't lead to anything
