The 4th option is the best option for zero withdrawals, unfortunately it's extremely hard to get a doctor to prescribe the short acting opiates out of fear of getting in troubled. Things need to change in this country so that doctors don't have to be in fear of doing it.
ahh, that's not in the slightest accurate. You stop the oxycodone for 12 to 24 hours before the introduction of Suboxone. Guess what happens in those 12 to 24 hours. Withdraw you genius!! 🙄
I did fentanyl almost everyday, often as possible, for about 10 months. I white knuckle kicked fetty twice without any help. It's super hard-core dopesick for about 2 weeks. Maybe 3 weeks. Eventually though, you'll feel half normal. Try and get some exercise once you get some energy back. Kicking fentanyl is torture but it is possible. It sure beats being a dope fiend.
Sounds great if you don't have any responsibilities and your job allows all that time off because there are some of us that haven't completely destroyed our lives or lost our housing and job and somehow managed to have a fentanyl addiction but there's no treatment targeted for the people that don't want to throw away everything they have that the drug hasn't yet taken lose their dignity by getting the stigma of going to rehab tell me my family that thinks I'm doing amazing that I relapsed again I wish that there was some sort of treatment or method that was guaranteed out there that would allow people to get sober quietly and by themselves without causing a hole dramatic family thing
I've waited 80 hours after fentanyl and still went into precipitated from 4mg suboxone. Tried the microdosing method over 7 days and it worked much better.
Idk If the Doc will get to my question but since you've been thru it, I've always wondered why is it that PWDs come on if u still have fent in your system and take bupe too early but if you clear the fent out, start taking a type of buponephrine and later take an opiate you dont get PWDs???
@@corrinaamato8805because the bupe is already on your receptors . The opiates aren't what puts you in withdrawals. It's if you have opiates on your receptors and then you use bup. The beep knocks the opiates off the receptors and That makes you sick
God I wish I was living near where I could travel to this guy. I'd love to try the last method and glide off and then glide on to subs.. Would be lovely to get something regulated by a pharmacy rather than paying a fortune for this cheap but strong/unregulated crap they're selling on the streets.
One time I did this I went for 2 weeks micro dosing and it definitely worked. I built a lot up in my brain but didn't go past 2 mgs until the final day
Suboxone or the ingredient buprenorphine has a long enough half life that he was able to just take a maximum of 2mgs daily for a longer time which eventually was enough to fill his receptors. He still took a risk, after so much time invested at 2mgs per day or less why instantly jump so high when he could have added a few days going to 4mg then 6mg then 8mg.....slower the better but he proved that suboxone has an insanely long half life for an opiate which shows the importance for long term users of suboxone wanting to eventually stop suboxone they should follow very long and slow taper down of dose because the wd symptoms will last too long albeit the most time will be mild symptoms but after the intense symptoms then easily over a month of mild symptoms causes almost everyone to relapse it's just to long so do yourself a favor and taper slow as you can, why suffer and end up starting over again and again often for years instead of just doing a 18 or 24 month or longer taper so slow you never feel a thing and eventually forget about using. But so many never listen and try fast tapers over and over
I was on Suboxone a long time ago and so do not want to get hooked back on it. I wanna be clean - PERIOD. I DONT WANNA BE PHYSICALLY ADDICTED TO ANYTHING.
I realize this was a long time ago. But hopefully this response helps other people. Suboxone gets easy to come off with reducing .5mg a month. Also wanted to add in. It also became easy to at times go does .5 mg every 2 weeks. Just a slow taper that’s not to daunting to achieve. So giving yourself one month to come down .5. But then can easily decide to come down another .5 within 2 weeks of your own decision. But always give yourself the rule of once you step down you never go back up. This made it extremely easy.
So go invent something that isnt physical addictive then n go that route. It's not the early 2000s anymore it's no shock to anybody that opiates and the mess to come off are addictive too. If you didn't want to be hooked you shouldn't have picked up. Best analogy I've heard is if you walk 5 miles into the woods guess what you have to hike 5 miles out too. Ppl that want that instant gratification and that aren't willing to inconvenience themselves for a time and put forth effort are the ones who don't get themselves clean.

No, it's not. Do more research and, if possible, do your detox at a hospital because some folks experience symptoms that can put them in critical condition. You are not going to hear from folks who were not successful. Every person has different medical needs, so one recommendation does not suit everyone, which is why 4 techniques are presented.
All these ppl talking about take the pain method . Yes it’s a reminder . But just like a women having a child they forget the pain and have more kids . It’s the same with addiction and the pain from heavy fent use is nothing like H or pills . I just went through the macrodosing method within 10 hours of last fentanyl usage. That was quite an experience lol. Im here to answer questions to anyone wanting to know what personal experience is like. No offense but the drs don’t know exactly what we are going through but I thank you for this video because it made me brave enough to go get treatment in an emergency room

Thank you! I last used at 1pm and was in the er to start induction by 8pm, so 7 hours. The first 2 hours were rough because we precipitated withdrawal intentionally but as they came to bring more bupe (8mg every 2 hours) it got easier. I tried every other method listed first and this is the only one that got me completely on subs
We started induction with 16mg and then did 8mg every 2 hours after that for a total of 64mg subs the first day. They can only keep you in there for the first 5 or so doses but they discharged me with “7 days worth” so i can maintain myself and it gave me 3 days to find a MAT dr for the early refill macrodosing required
My local hospitals won't take me. I took 2 mg for a week, then I took 90 mg on yesterday and I thought I was going to die last night because I threw up bile all night. I took an 8 mg strip every hour for the last 6 hours and my body is absolutely on fire and im in agony
@@dmo848so not to die from an overdose or a lot less likely, for one. Banging Fent is bonkers IMO. Snorting is also much riskier than smoking. Secondly, once an addict decides to take that leap into IV drug use, they generally go down hill real quick like. It's a much more difficult habit to kick. Third, u will end up using dirty needles at some point and we obviously know what problems that can lead to. Lastly, some addicts just like smoking their drugs. Plain and simple. But 100% smoking hard drugs is very wasteful, in more ways than one.

My doctor did it for me at 94mg.. he was hard to find in mass but they are there !! I’m on day 9, two days off methadone.. there’s waves of hard times but they r pretty short and it’s do-able
I dosed subs with my last 2 or 3 doses of fetty and then stopped for 36 hrs and took a 2mg dose of sub. My experience was that the 2mg precipitated the withdrawal for about 30 min until I took some meds that calmed me down and helped me realize the suboxone is just working into the system. Calmed down and feel better withdrawal wise like the subs are indeed working good now.
Hey man I thought I'd just give you a little update on your method of switching from fentanyl to Suboxone. I took 2 mg a day for a week, then today I went ahead and drove myself to the hospital and I put nine of them under my tongue and cross my fingers and I kept your words ringing in my head that this was going to work. After they dissolved I was already called back and since I felt okay I said no I'm just going to go home cuz I still feel okay. Then of course on the way home the absolute worst f****** hell on Earth you can ever think of as a human being happened to me. So I hope you know the people are listening to the things you're putting out there. And now I don't know what the hell to do I just took all my Suboxone
Y the hell wld U put 9 in at once....Ur body can only accept 32mgs total bc subs plateau out at 32. It's impossible for Ur body to accept more, anything ovr 32mgs U will just piss out, any dr worth their salt knows this. Never take ovr 32mgs bc Ur literally wasting Ur meds!!!
Believe me I'm a little skeptical too but I'm sure that one of the options would work for you it might just not be that one, obviously if you were under his care if that happened he would get you some more real quick and get you right real quick.

The best way that worked best for me was quitting fent & then 3 days using 1/3 of fent 8mg strip & by day 4 along with potassium & magnesium & loperimide & clonidine & melatonin I was good! & 🆓 by The morning of Day 4 & I was able to work the whole week although it wasn’t fun! The main thing is to keep trying to quit! & don’t give up!
I know everyone is different, but honestly its worth it for me to just put yourself into precips... Wait about 18 to 24 hours and then pop a whole 8mg strip. Its going to suck for about 8 to 12 hours but it beats waiting 4+ days to dose.
Sublocade in my opinion is the best invention ever. Technology has come a long way combatting opioid addiction. I think, honestly, Sublocade is the best way to get off fent and stay off fent. Of course, first, take the bupe orally for a couple days. Sublocade is also the best way to get off subs. You never feel the withdrawals. Of course everyone is different. In my personal experience, the second, third shot isn’t even necessary. Unless people need it to curb cravings long term. Once Sublocade wears off, there’s the naltraxine implants.

@Promethazine to be truthful, we don't know what fentanyl analogs are in the stuff we take. Could be short or long acting, I've taken a sub 12 hours after a fent dose and was fine. Some others aren't. Key is start small, if you can go 24 hours, then take like 1 mg or 2, if you feel ok, wait another couple hours and take another 1 or 2, it's a complex chemical. If you do what this doc is saying, as I've done many times, try to micro dose for a couple weeks and lower your fent dose simultaneously. Eventually, when withdrawal is supposed to come. It might not even come because the buprenorphine is covering your receptors. You'll also know because you won't feel the fent that much

Hey boss I know how you feel! When that pain comes back & it makes your heart beat go crazy & then your anxiety kicks in & the wrestles legs & you begin to panic! 🫨. I hate being stuck in the position where I am in withdrawal & the only way to stop the hell is to use & ruin ALL the progress! It’s so depressing! The Key is to NEVER Give UP! …. Each day keep trying to quit & take as little as possible until you are ready to try again! It’s ok if it takes you a few times… just keep trying. A lot of people have found success using a little Suboxone each day for a week while cutting back on their fentanyl & I know people have also found success quitting fentanyl & then taking 1/3 of a 8mg strip for 3 days. By day 4 they were good with all their severe symptoms & just had the minor ones.

Hi. To make the story short. I hurt my back 10 years ago and finally thanks God- Dr. Brusovanik from Miami who didn’t take my insurance - worked with me. Now im fine- recovering in my 4th month of an expected 6months to 1 year. Before surgery I was at 80mgs a day but I went cold turkey-then I kept myself at 40mg a day. During post surgery I was at 180mg a day- after going home- I worked my in this 4 months to 5mg every 6 hrs but im struggling even though I believe that in one more week, maybe I’ll be ready for 8hr interval, then 12, then 24 to 0 - I let my body speak to where im ready to lower the dose. Should I seek professional care to accelerate the process or im I doing fine?
I went into detox a few weeks ago. Was so ready to clean first 60 hours or so I did great then they started me on 16 mg of Suboxone and I went into precipitated withdrawal i roughed it out a few hours and all they could do to help was give me more and more suboxone which made it worse. I wish they had told me it stored in your fetty tissue cuz I’m a bigger dude. Needless to say I’m back on the fent and currently trying a 7 day suboxone micro dose. Wish me luck
Hope this worked out for you. I'm going to try this method, probably starting tomorrow. It sucks that every detox still does the traditional heroin treatment protocol. It doesn't work and waiting 3 days to take a sub sucks. Last fentanyl withdrawal I went cold turkey in jail no subs nothing. I puked bile for 3 weeks straight 24/7 and almost died from not being able to eat or drink for so long. My blood pressure almost killed me too. I'm scared to go through that again. I just don't know if I'll be able to transition onto the subs after microdosing for a week. I'm worried the withdrawals will still be just as bad and I won't be in a safe environment.

So I literally have a gram and I will only use a tiny bit like literally one line of it only if I feel any type of irritability or uncomfortable. This is what I've been doing. Day 1 in the morning.25 twice a day day two .5 twice a day. Day three 1 mg twice a day. Day 4. 2 mg twice a day. Day 5. 3 mg twice a day. 6. 4 mg twice a day and then day 7. Supposedly you can stop everything and take as much as 16 mg. Or more. And go from there. I'm sure this is different for everybody. I had a minor relapse. Not that that matters. But so I've been just trying to use very little. Just try to go down on your DOC while you're doing this. I have really been feeling pretty normal for the most part
Im going to use 36 tabs to taper off Fent and then wait the day to take the sub. I personally will try to wait 36 hours... but I am the worst when it comes to transitioning... I use to dread 24 hours... Now... What Id give for that instead of Fents 3-4 days.... I havent taken subs in a month now due to my relapse... So I am very curious if I transition over to Subs if I can just take 3-5 days worth and just stop... And Boom! No more withdraws for any subs or opiates... I swear I did this once before on accident in rehab... Crossing my fingers and will update asap.
Also guys if you are on day 3 or 4, try to not use fent and see if the withdrawals even come. Because he does mention that eventually they won't even show up and you can transition easier. It'll give you a whole day without using and no withdrawals coming on

Literally everything you've said is what I've done before wow lolll I'm so mad I never went to med school because depression got me at a young age and I got hooked on opiates by age 25, I'm now 31 never had a felony or anything but these are ways I've gotten people off the hard crap

Is it normal to feel like I'm going insane when I don't have fentanyl. It feels like I'm going psychotic. I'm afraid I'll hurt someone I'm losing my mind I don't know who I am I can't explain it after it's done but I think I'll get a heart attack because I had 3 from stress. When I'm upset I had a heart attack 3 times. So if I'm upset I could get another one. I can't tell my Dr. They never know nothing. I never did it bf and never been addicted bf this and I don't hang out with anyone who does drugs. My relative who been doing drugs for years and Fetty and knows lots on it. She gave me a little so I could walk I had hip go out I need 2 hip replacement. So it helped me walk. I just kept doing it more than I should I never bought it or knew anyone who did it. Then I had not done it for a day or more maybe I think she gave me powder with none in it and I stared to go crazy out of my mind like I was going to hell. Then she gave me some and it went away. Thank God. I was going to do something to me if I kept going toward hell. It's really horrible stuff I swear it was like I saw stuff that wasn't there. I never did illegal stuff and wish to never to bad things I just couldn't walk and my home was dirty and I was hooked psychically. I went to long liking I could walk my pain is very bad why can't they give me other drugs from Dr and not quit drugs just stop fentanyl. Do Dr drugs. I would like to do a pain killer 3 times a week when I have a place to go or to enjoy a day without lots of pain. Is that going to be possible from a Dr ? I wonder if I'll crave it or have trouble not doing it. I did crave cocaine when I quit but I wasn't sick and I never did it again. I hate this devil and it was crazy for someone who loves me would give me fentanyl when they knew how bad u are to get off. I remember when I was 18 my friends wouldn't let me try H they told me no. U need to go to the hospital, be totally honest with them and they will do what's needed to help U..but U hve to b 100% honest or Ur only hurting Ur self...I wish U all the luck...U don't need insurance to go to the Er..
The ER will not do anything for opiate addiction. I work at one and it's quite dispicable how addicts are treated. No ER will detox you they will refer you somewhere else.
Hmmm. My guess is you either are a non addict troll or u didnt have a serious fentanyl addiction. Because. A. Wds are fuckin tramatic my gf had heart attack doing cold turkey. And B. It didnt keep her from relapsing 4 months later because addiction doesn't work that way. If it did wouldnt all the other horrible consequences of opiate dependance do the same thing? Its a compulsion not a carefully weighed decision where pros and cons are factored into your choice?. Giving advice like that is unhelpful and just makes u look foolish my friend. But i think cold turkey might work for you personally, just make sure your smoking enough pills or powder and for a long enough time, id say at least a couple years, that way you can really feel the burn and enhance the effectiveness.
I have started the micro dosing recipe. It seems like a big leap on day 6 to day 7. I'm scared to go into withdrawal. I'm hoping this can really work so please can someone text to let me know if they have did thiz an it worked
On micro dosing. When is the best time of day to start the use of suboxone? After you wake up and have not used in 8 hours or so ? And then continue the drugs as usual?
The best way to quit is to microdose while still using... please remember thst this method is still challenging .. you will suffer no matter what method... i microdosed .5 mg 2 times a day and still used for a week and then the microdosed suboxone builds up and blocks whatever your using..im clean now 2 months thanks to this guy... but just know hes wrong about you wont withdrawl ... you will still feel horrible for about 7 days .. 5 days no sleep.. spasms like crazy... but it makes it a little more barable ask questions if love to answer
So it took me longer than expected... And cost me more money that expected... But I managed to get 10mg Oxycodone/Perc (w/e the difference is... Lortabs) Ironically I noticed I had enough for 36 exactly... and You just mentioned taking 3 of them 3x a day for 3-4 days.... That literally lines up with 36... Talk about a sign... This is gonna work! 9 tabs for 4 days = 36... I might even try to take a few less... and then go from there.
But to be safe your methods are perfect because we don't know what fentanyl analogs are in this crap anymore. One time I was using a batch that had NO DRUGS IN IT at all lollll
😂 I went through that too! And so I had to go back to expensive reals. It was not a peice of cake but was do able and way better then nothing at all. Also this time I called a treatment center and the doctor was nice and encouraging I really am so excited to work with her .. anyways we are going g to set up an appointment for a pee test to see exactly what I'm actually taking and how much etc. So that way can really know what's going to work best for me in getting better!!
I always wanted to do the bridge but I could never get real oxycodone anymore. Instead, I'm starting coleman institute in 2 weeks. I've tried the traditional way with clonidine, valuim, gaba etc etc but I'd go into w/d. It didn't occur to me to macrodose it tho. Instead, on like the 3rd day, I'd take ~1mg and get horrible PWD, and then use more fent to get out. Terrible cycle. Also tried Bernese method a bunch of times. I kept building up and I'd still get into PWD. I think Bernese method is what you're calling microdosing.

@@BillsFan2024your gonna need way more than 4 5 days. It slowly builds in your system every time you take it. And what do you do when you run out. Cause any methadone clinic in the country won't care that you've been illegally taking it. Cause of strick state laws they will start you off at probably 30 mg. And you need around 200 mg or more for fentanyl. It's a slow raise too. I've been in the program for 9 months. I really wish they'd change the laws on methadone. Alot of people can't wait a year to get clean. Or simply can't go everyday. I have a buddy that randomly travels for work. He never knows when he's gotta leave til the night before. Making methadone not an option for him and like all of us he's gone through precipitated withdraw from bup. The government needs to start to educate themselves more with this new fentanyl problem. That's not what this is, did you watch the video? It's stop this , take this for a week and stop. It's not trading one for another. A fent addiction is no joke. If you can take down the intensity of that first week of withdrawal It's much easier to stay the path.

I took subs a little too early and got into bad withdrawals. I got some more fetty and sniffed it,I was feeling better right away. Don’t be afraid to use an opiate if you fall into precipated withdrawal from subs
It isn't about them mixing.. it's about 1 knocking the other off of tour receptors... the bup knocks the opiate off of tour receptors and then it attaches to them. The opiate fully fills the receptor while the bup partially fills them. Going from fully filled receptors to partially filled receptors all at once creates the pw.
Be careful doctor telling the truth about how to effectively help fentanyl withdrawal. People might actually get better.The government acts like they don't want that to happen. I think your AMAZINGLY BRAVE ! 👏 🙏
You're so right, to be honest I think that even the fact that the whole PAWS thing was identified and told to the public could actually be psychosomatic. Question even if you start microdosing say when you get up to where you can take a full 8mg without it making you sick. Then you stop your sub. You are still going to go into full fentanyl withdrawal correct?

I live in AZ too! Direct to recovery will do this method you have to TELL THEM that this is what you want they don’t bring it up it’s weird. But they are incredible and take government insurance also 2nd chance treatment. He didn’t give me a sheet like direct 2 recovery did but came me enough to do it myself it was a bit odd lol hope this helps
I was unable to do it the first way like he says... it's just almost impossible... I was able to do it with a micro induction of bupe for 7 days increasing it from .5 to 12mg in 7 days... finally off... thank god... just need to get off the subs now because I'm on the largest dose allowed...
Heres my itheory Ive had for years... Im going to try it out now. Ive had Suboxone built in my system for 5 years. The last month I relasped... but my plan backfired and put myself into Precip w/d. So I kept using for the last month. Thats 1 month no subs. So Im doing the 4-5 day dosing of Tabs. At this point I now have 0 Sub + 0 Fent in my system/receptors. I now wait 24 hours for the Tabs to be gone + take 2-4 mg of Sub. For the next 2-4 days I will take 2-4mg of subs and then just be done. My theory is that it gives my receptors enough time for all that Fent + Tabs to get out, and now with the Sub long half life, it should hopefully mask or take care of any potential withdraw. Subs for 5 years Relapsed 1 month Fent 5 days of Tabs to get the Fent out of my system 3-5 days of small doses of Subs Hoping to hit that sweet spot where its enough to stop the Lortab/Oxycodone withdrawal + by then its been 10 days of Fent.

If you’re reading this and have been successful in any way please share with the rest of us. I had no idea about microdosing w/subs and in the past take a strip too soon and go thru precipitated wds. I had no idea Fent stayed in the fat tissues for as long as it does. I’m in the San Diego area and if anyone knows a good Dr or place that can help with subs please let me know. I don’t have any ins at the moment. I’m wasting my life away. I constantly think about suicide because I have nothing due to fent and my stupid decision to keep doing it just to feel normal and function. I can only blame myself.
i did the 2/4 option. I Was prescribed as much Hydromorphone as i needed while i microdosed suboxone for a week, and then stabilized on the subs. I just recieved my sublocade shot a couple days ago with additional suboxone prescribed in case i feel like i need it.
Full antagonist opiate works best. u micro dose with the oxy you won't get any wds. You still get wds with micro dosing from fett. It's minor but still there
Godddddd!!!! I am so terrified but I am running out of time! First of all I cant tell if this crap Im getting is mostly tranquilierz or if Im just building fast tolerance... But Im running low... I have MORE than enough subutex + suboxone for macrodosing... As for Micro dosing I would probably have to buy another batch of Fentanayl. What terrifies me is I went 2 whole days w/o taking H/Fent and I only took 2 mg of Sub... I remember thinking death would be a decent option... Precipiated w/d really hits me hard... And I wasnt expecting it... but it somehow put me into p/w. So while I love the idea of microdosing, im also terrified of it putting me back into a horrible p.w... My biggest issue was that I didnt just follow thru with macro dosing once I put myself in pw on accident
If your fent has tranq in it then you are in big trouble. Get test strips for xylazine to make sure your fent doesn’t have it. If it does find good fent and first detox off the tranq with clonidine,gabapentin and some muscle relaxers and barbiturates.
How in the world do you get a prescription for oxycodone to come off fet when u said it’s illegal. And for macrodosing u said suboxone and then buprenorphine to be precise…. I can’t get my hands on just bupe only suboxone can I or can I not macrodose on suboxone?

I wish you would have put your list for the 4th option of taking pain meds for a few days. I know you mentioned it, but it seemed like u were just guessing and giving an example. That being said... Im gonna try the 30mg a 2-3 times a day. I only have enough for 4 days... So I might try to squeeze out 5 days... These things are freaking expensive...
You got damn damn lucky! If you’re using the fent that’s on 90% of the big city streets and take a sub 12-24hrs after… you’ll have the worst 8 hours of pwds of your life!!! It gave me ptsd and many others. Even after 48hrs subs will destroy you if you’re using street fent. Be careful & don’t try that again
@@MrAkaprimetime I did it. Slowly started subs 1/4mg daily for days, then 1/4mg twice a day. Then up to 1mg twice a day. All while still using fent daily, just kinda slowly my use down. Then at this 1mg 2x daily is where I really start to feel onset of pwds and just shitty. So I jumped off fent and tried more subx and it gave me pwds still. Like this fent stays in your fatty cells forever. The Best method I’ve found is to find regular H no fent find any other pk, oxy, morphine and use that for 7-10 days with NO fent use. I did that using the old, kinda weak, snortable brown or gray H and I used it for two weeks. Then quit for 24 hours, started getting sick to stomach and wds, then BOOM, I popped an 8mg sub and was feeling great. Super easy transition. You’ll never transition From fent to subs. Been there tried it dozens of times. Find you some real H and if you can’t, order it off dark net.
I believe Suboxone is what he's talking about anyway. if you look at the microdosing plan at the end of the video, you can see it says Suboxone, buprenorphine/naloxone which is what Suboxone is.
I hope this gets to you in time. Supposed to be going to treatment next week. It’s seems all these facilities do the 48-72 hour wait period but micro dose then don’t macro dose you. Will that still work? So again, there waiting till your absolutely dead sick, then slowly introducing the subs. I noticed you said to MACROdose not MICROdose. I waited 4 days and am precipitated withdrawal, i took .5 and thought I felt better so I took .5 two more times and now have been suffering all night. Im really scared of taking my next dose

@@MrAkaprimetime so I took a tiny amount like .25 and it was okay where I went wrong was because I thought I felt okay I could take more so I'm pretty sure as long as you've waited about 80 hours you can take that tiny bit and then take another tiny bit in 12 hours and then so on

I think im gonna just go cold turkey. I went to a rehab and they did the traditional method. I almost died on theb4th day when they gave me suboxone. I left and don't know what to do. I don't have insurance
I won’t take subs, I’ve cold turkey off 2 gram a day of Fentanyl 2x. Relapsed after 14 months and had to do it again. Been a month now and been feeling stronger everyday but that first week is rough for sure
After a week of taking 2 mg a day, the seventh day I took 90 mg and I thought I was seriously going to die because I couldn't stop throwing up bile all night. It's now the second day and I took an 8 mg strip every hour for the last 6 hours and I am an absolute agony still

It all matter on how much illicit fentanyl you do daily and how many percs and or what mg you have to get you by. There is no miracle as it is different for everybody because everybody is different size weight, etc. and also everybody’s intake is different as well. If you do a lot of it I would suggest you get a high milligram of oxycodone and plan on Taking a lot. your body will still feel a little different, but it will not be full-blown withdrawal as if your body did not have any op in its system. Then there is that 12 to 24 hour wait however, it’s not the 24 to 48 hours from fentanyl. It’s the 12 hours from oxycodone to get the half-life of that out of your system. And since it’s regulated by the FDA and each pill is exactly exactly the same, you can count on the half-life being exact. Half life is about eight hours, but again it all depends on your own body, your own bodyweight, metabolism and how your liver processes, the opiate
