Awesome video just got Into rc cars, have been a plane guy but was looking just for a transmitter that I could control my capras 4 wheel steer on a knob and switch to allow it to control both from the wheel. This was 100% what I'm wanting. Thanks alot
have you posted a detail video on how to assign the 4ws functions to the remote i have 4ws and the same radio but i do not know how you did it using both channel 3&4
2mins only on the steering out of 14mins Crabbing? Did you have to go in settings & reverse ch3 like other people or did you work out how to add to other toggle switch?
Sitting the 4ws on the this Radio isn't as straightforward as many think but it can be done for sure. I'll make a video on it since there are a handful of people asking me about it. Stay tuned.
@CommanderAstigRC you have 4ws set up just as i would like it. Have you got crab set up on the spare ch toggle? Someone else said to use crab we'd have to reverse the 1 channel & go in & out of settings for off & on. But i think it could be done to the spare toggle switch, can it? Idk the controller well i only use it basically
@CommanderAstigRC i suspected the vid i seen saying must reverse rear servo & cant save to switch was the persons lack of knowledge, after someone else using the px1 for limiting max speeds
Can anybody answer me why it is that they made the four wheel steering SCX24 have the crab mode and simultaneous four-wheel steering but you can't seem to do that out of the box with the Capra 1.9 4 wheel steer? It makes no sense to me considering it costs four times as much money
@@CommanderAstigRC that is a huge bummer for me I just bought that after buying the SCX24 one and was expecting to be able to have the same type of four wheel steering. I guess I'm going to have to buy the same things you did in order to upgrade it
Thanks for sharing. I just got my RC6 radio and want to setup that one switch to be for normal steering, the counter steering rear, and crab and use the back wheel for independent rear steering. Have you thought about that? Any details on the mixing or end points as this is all new to me?
Yes. Absolutely. I was able to use ONE toggle switch for 4ws(up) normal steering (center) crab walk (down) and the other Knob(vr) for independent rear steering. I also have the dig function assigned to a button switch located on the handle of the Radio. The RC6GS radio can do it all.
