These licks helped transform my playing over the years. It doesn't matter how old you are as long as they're helpful. I hope you find them useful. These licks are not to be depended on they're here to help you get from A to B. :)
Yeah his lessons are great. My playing now feels like everything belongs together when I play it. I don't look at my fretboard with confusion anymore either🤘
David Campbell Thanks so much! I issued a survey just recently as part of my uni degree asking what people would like to see and lessons was by a mile made up the majority of answers.
Have you seen McRocklin 🙏 I think it's important to know what you want and how to make it happen. I don't feel it's a feeling of being there for me because I'm a little more excited about the feeling of being in the song than just doing it faster than my favourite Artist from England and I'm not going to be a big trouble for your awesome Love for music, Steve Vai is a very talented man who is a legendary musician with feeling of love and passion for his work. Friendly Regards from #norway and Thanks for sharing this with your awesome Fans 🔥🔥🔥🎸👨🎤🇳🇴👍🔥🔥🔥
How have I not known about this guy??? His tone is absolutely sick!!! Holy shit that's the best guitar tone on RU-vid! Not to mention he's a fucking beast of a player!
man your guitar tone combined with your absolutely insane guitar skills plus that diminished lick at the beginning = the most evil/awesome thing I've heard since the first Zakk Wylde solo I saw
Dude, these licks are sick. I also find myself playing them a lot when i noodle around on guitar, totally my style of playing. Keep these lessons coming!
Your maple fretboards remind me of EVH in that the dark discoloration tells all one needs to know about your hours of practice. VERY well done. You inspire!
I've been playing a long time and these are great licks to add some flavor to any style. Legato is often times overlooked in the quest for speed, with every shredder thinking each note must be picked. To avoid sounding like a typewriter legato adds a sense of feel. Good players know this. Thanks for the vid. Keep rockin'. MK
Love your playing Cameron! You've got a sick guitar collection too! Randy Rhoads is my favorite guitarist and I know he's one of your biggest influences too! Awesome video!
This is great this is how I've always learned I pick licks apart but some just elude me sometimes kick ass man thanks for upping my arsenal I picked all this up first time through but definitely will he polishing them from now one you're awesome bro kick ass!!
Great stuff Cam! Lick 3 sounds like doug aldrich. Can you do a lesson of his technique and licks? That would be awesome! Youre a great player, very clean and fast! Keep rockin buddy! 🤘
Cameron, i'm very glad that you introduced me to this magic little amp!! You r the man! Keep on rocking man! By the way, i watched a video that u show your presets, but not one of them. I'm waiting for this one!! lol
So awesome! Any suggestions for a guy that has a stunted pinky finger? I notice you use it so much. Even if I cannot use my pinky, you've really opened up the fret board for me. Bless you, Cameron 🤘🎸💚
You’re a great teacher. I’m an old fart too !!! Lol. I thought I was improving because I just nailed the intro to SMOKE ON THE WATER !!!! I’m definitely going to try some of those licks
I love how you use a different guitar colour for every section of the vid haha.:) And the powder pink one looks like you should give it a name. How about "Babette".
Absolutely love it though, great feeling frets and neck, love the black hardware on the snow white body, and the pickup rings, but i am gonna put in zebra dimarzio tonezone and Air Norton. Then its will be perfect for me
