For me, in 2nd floor, i would convert the 2 bedroom to be an office or workstation room. That would be lovely!

Great use of space but I'd love the stairs on the other side plus do a wrap around deck to the left hand side and a toilet upstairs in the master bedroom.

Two entrances to the house? I would leave those to the side, and under the balcony I would make a glazed door that opens onto the garden/terrace. PS1. above the stairs, from the bedroom side, I would make a wardrobe (but so as not to hit my head when going up), I would eliminate the window, or I would give a roof one. In the bedroom, a balcony door would be enough, I would eliminate the window. PS.2 Overall a nice house for 2+1 (or 2+2), I would prefer it to a flat in a block of flats.
