Mike received his 3 on 6™ smile four years ago. Some technologies since then have changed our method so Mike came in to upgrade his cement-retained bridges (secured with an adhesive) to screw-retained bridges (secured with a screw to the abutment). Upon review, Mike has taken great care of his teeth and his bone and tissue look to be in great health with no recession or disease. Mike's life has greatly improved over the last four years with his new smile. He eats better and is more confident.

The ad-hoc comments from the dentist about what to do or bone loss will occur which would eventually lead to denture failure, are very welcome to hear. In my view it's imperative these replacement teeth last 30 years.

I just got my call two weeks ahead! Ordered the AlgaeCal, Culturalle and Xclear nose spray. Call with Dr. Roberts in a few days and surgery in July. I am so excited!

You will start losing bone after extractions are done if you don’t have something done to replace them or implants put in rather. And the 3 on 6 actually stimulates the bone so once the procedure is done and with a healthy lifestyle, you shouldn’t lose bone. Hope this helps !

$23k? They gave us price of $57k, including general anesthesia. We can’t afford it and never came back.

That is in Mexico. I also received a quote of $52k in Chicago. It is very expensive, but worth the investment at the same time. I just wish it was more affordable because I can’t afford that either.

Well with the all on 4 they will remove bone, the prosthetic is much bigger and bulkier, and it’s very hard to keep clean. You have to have them removed once a year to have them professionally cleaned. With the 3 on 6, they don’t remove any bone, the teeth feel much like your natural teeth, and they don’t have to be removed for cleaning.
