As a professional hairdresser I gotta say you have awesome hair,,,, don’t cut the length !!! My hair was almost as long as yours but a few years ago I decided it would be a great idea to have short hair, a few weeks later I realized that wasn’t such a great idea, plus, 2 of my girlfriends broke up with me, I suspect it was my short hair that had something to do with that (hehe) The same thing happens in my salon, customers will come in wanting to chop off all their length only to regret it about a month later, even I after I warn them not to do it. Luckily for me my hair has now grown back past my shoulders and I’m starting to feel semi normal again, I’ll feel more like me once my hair has grown to the middle of my back. Cheers, Davyo

I started growing my hair a bit after my father died and then my mother died about 3 years in. I grew my hair for 6 years before donating it. I have that video on my channel. Stay strong friend

My hair is 2 feet long when pulled straight on the longest bits, so thats 6 inches a year or .5 inches a month which is average for hair growth. Your hair is either A: straighter than mine so appears longer or B: grows at an unheard of rate of 1 inch per month and 12 inches per year. I also probably had to get 3-4 inches trimmed off over the course of this video to keep my ends healthy because my hair is dry and curly, and started the timelapse 3 months into growing my hair from about 1/4 inch long. I am also 6' 2" with a fairly large head, so length past my nipples straight may be a different length in inches than you. My hair at 4.5 years is currently 3/4 of the way down my back wet and the timelapse continues! I have had to change the aspect ratio to a rectangle because my hair was out of frame at maximum arms length while square! lol
@@jhudson_tiedye maybe is a perspective thing because of how tall you are because my hair is curlier than yours. And I guess my hair indeed grows fast, not an inch per month but a little more than the average. At least during the pandemic it grew around 20 cm so around 8 inches in the last 9 months?
In 4 years I gained 100 pounds lost 100 pounds and gained 100 pounds working on loosing 100 pounds for the last damn time. I have adrenal tumor so finally getting health on track after that discovery. 💡
My hair is extremely dry and heat virgin, the last thing I need to do is damage my hair with heat. If you are curious when pulled straight my hair is just over halfway down my back or 2-3 inches passed my nipples when standing straight.

I literally had just got done watching an episode of dahmer for the first time and lo and behold the RU-vid algorithm put your video in my feed. I don’t know how and I don’t know why but it just seemed weird that’s why I commented…little surprised myself that it recommended your video right after I was done watching the episode lol
Maty 21 I wash my hair like once every 7-10 days and thats the only time I will detangle using conditioner in wet hair. I wash with shampoo and use a hair mask and conditioner and then when I get out I use argan oil and leave in. If I remember i use argan oil every day or so on my ends. I have a really dry hair, and it basically is just less dry if I treat it right
