Hello Ellae!! Thank you for the video I’m just catching it now but I agree with you you’re absolutely right everybody’s hair is different. I had your texture girl I would never complain. I mean just on this year journey for myself what I see is a lot of ladies on Instagram with the texture and the bouncy curls and you know add some gel and add some leave in and it’s cool but that’s not the case for everybody-my hair is truly, naturally thick and I love it but girl on a hot day that stuff shrinks up like I don’t know what! I’m hanging in there but ooooh a lot of work!!

Hi Theresa! I’m glad you enjoyed this video and it’s so true we just can’t compare. It makes us more frustrated and essentially it’s all about knowing your hairs needs. That way, as you said, you learn to love your hair and it loves you back ❤️🥰 Keep hanging in there and with time you will have it down packed!

Beautiful walk down memory lane. I love the reminders to put in the work and especially the idea of a hair journal. I want to be a wng girl but my hair is not here for it. My mom on the other hand is queen of them. Your video came on time reminding me not to compare and to do what my hair actually likes 😂.
