Thank you for posting. This is extremely helpful. Reviewing different apps to help a very small business with their automation needs. They are literally starting from scratch, so your explanation of your internal workflow and utilization of this and other apps is one of the best videos I've watched. It's also helpful to hear about your customer's experience, since not every customer is tech savvy and I don't want to suggest something that will be an added frustration. Keep up the great work!

In this video I'm showcasing one of my client's tech stack. They use Zoho CRM+, and PandaDoc for proposals and other documents that require electronic signature. They do not use Zoho Sign. If you have Zoho One, you could use Sign, but PandaDoc's features are more advanced. You can also combine Zoho CRM, Sign and Books, if you are send estimates that require signature.
Great Video! - Could you do comparison video between PandaDoc and FreshBooks? They seem somewhat similar, I noticed FreshBooks does have the ability to do a system template for items.Thanks -
Thanks! Freshbooks focuses on accounting, and one of the features is to send proposals. PandaDoc's main purpose is to create and send proposals. If you are looking for an accounting app that sends proposals, I would go for FreshBooks. If you already have an accounting app, and just need to send proposals, PandaDoc is the best option.
