29:25 not just closer, but you would need pumps between each tank in order to use them that way. They won’t work directly connected anyways… so you also save the construction of pumps and the pipes, and power, that are associated with them.
Large oil storage advantage is mostly that you need oil pump between oil storages to move oil through them, so you are saving cost of 8 pumps needed for 9 vanilla oil storages.
I think they need a few ship/boat mods..maybe a ferry (for vehicles and passengers) and small and medium tankers to ferry oil, heck a few fishing boats would be nice too. I got the game and a few mods but my stuff doesn't go as smoothly as yours. If you are planning on using those mods go sparingly...not on the residential because you need TONS of workers. Can't wait to see more gameplay videos...Keep em coming!

Great Video! I think that Peoples Palace might be a bit balanced for the fact that the foot print is HUGE, you could almost get 3x the other prefab in the same space. Would need to do more comparing but doesn't seem as far off. I might be wrong though of course.
I think renewable energy should be an option; the Soviet Union and a number of other Combloc states were and are big into hydropower (Three Gorges Dam anyone?), and wind, biomass, and solar plants would be pretty neat to see too. Someone else mentioned natural gas, and I'd agree, unless adding another resource to the game would be too difficult (not that I imagine it would be).
I forgot the name of the mod, but basically it adds better gravel pit; it adds 1 conveyor output to it, however you need to power it, but I think that it's worth the wiring.
