Do you take vitamins and suppliments while fasting. I couldnt get clear answers on how and when to take suppliments while fasting, so i just ate a bit of salt and stopped taking all m suppliments and vitamins the last two three-day fasts iI did. My muscles charlie horsed over and over and, worse, my heart went apeshit on me. i was going for five days last time, but I made it three and a half. it was worse than i described. My entire system went apeshit.Could it have turned out differently if I took suppliments during?
@@HunkyTalkenMonkey01 I take a multi supplement that has magnesium, potassium, zinc and a few other things . It’s orange flavour with zero calories or carbs . I take two little packets of it a day and add redmans real salt to it and that’s helped considerably for me .
@@Simsandwichman i would cut out the bacon pigs carry parasites and thats meat with protein so isnt that not fasting. But yea plants all the way man i would say, good luck on purging all the psychical and spiritual gunk from your body, may jesus be with you
