This video captures an incredible morning fishing in Argentina, behind the Salto Grande Dam! The fish we are fishing for is Golden Dorado.
The Golden Dorado have the strongest bite force of any freshwater fish, and as the morning wares on, the topwater popper I am throwing gets more and more destroyed!
Although most poppers are retrieved by popping, for Golden Dorado the ticket is to create as much disturbance as possible, while trigging a bite with speed. That is why I am burning the lure back as fast as possible!

Crazy watching you throw a top water on a spinning rod, but that was a massive popper....that you just reel in. Man that looked like fun. Have no idea what type of fish they were but they acted like big schooling stripers..that like to jump and have teeth.

Definitely a young man's target fish for strength and stamina. Dorado seem to be more brutish than Peacock Bass are.

@@TyPigPatrol Oh wow, that's a really strong fish! What a most savage apex predatory fish. I wouldn't think of a 30 pound bass looking fish being that dangerous, but by the way they fight and how powerfully they jump up, I guess it's possible to get hurt if you put your hands in it's mouth.

i was given an old All Star PRM Classic Series (the older ones before Shakespeare bought it). It is 8-17 pound with 1/4 -4/5 oz. It doesn't say what action but it says RPM. Do you or anyone else know what means and is best for throwing
