Years and years back my dad and I went down to south america and spent a few weeks down there I still remember my first hook up with that fish.I was like 11 yrs. and It hit so hard I almost lost my rod .After the fish was landed I was shaking like a leaf.Will never forget the golden dorodo

That was fun ! Top water fishing is always a blast. My favorite is top water fishing for Yellowfin Tuna out of Venice , Louisiana. They hit the baits so hard that they go flying fifteen feet out of the water , doing flips. It's like someone dropoed hand grenade in the water when they hit sometimes. You should try it sometime, you'll love it.
