(#40) Link tag helper in asp.net core | What if CDN is not working? | Asp.Net Core tutorial 

Asp.Net Core tutorial: To increase the performance of our asp.net core web application we generally use CDN (content delivery network) for some static files. Ex- Bootstrap CSS, jQuery etc. The data from CDN is downloaded based on the client's location. But what if the CND server is down or it is not responding? In this case, our application will not work.
So as a solution we need a mechanism like
- If CDN is working then the application should get data from CDN
- If CDN is down(or some other issue) then the application should get the file from our application server.
To achieve this feature in asp.net core we use Link Teg helper.
