Press play on this Full Body Superset Circuit workout that alternates upper/lower body strength exercises with heart-pumping cardio for total-body burn.
I used a set of 5kg/11Lbs & 7.5kg/16.5lbs, 10kg/22lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
Complete 2 rounds of each Superset 35 secs work/15 secs rest. Complete 2 Rounds of the EMOM for the prescribed reps of each movement.
