I just saw that I have already commented on this video. I can't believe that I am still working out after 12 days. Normally, I give up in a week, or switch the workout channel. But with you two, ladies, it is never boring, and the rest periods allow me to get some water in and catch my breath. Thank you!

Excellent workout! My cardiologist last year gave me a goal of 40 minutes of exercise. Some days I can only do half and other days like today, I can accomplish the full routine -- with modifications! Thanks for your commitment to health!

I absolutely love this video. What a challenging workout! Also, I like the variety you give us in all your videos. On days when we aren't up to doing anything too challenging, there are plenty of options to choose from to keep us moving. Am already feeling stronger and more flexible after only working out for 2 weeks. Aiko, keep those happy feet going!! You inspire me,❤

Thank you! At the beginning of the workout, my daughter came in, applauded my working out then started doing it along side of me... you wore her out and she's 20 younger than I am! Now she wants to do it on a regular basis! Even though she's very strong she sees areas where she needs work. This is such a good workout for all ages❤❤

Thank you for this video. I am grieving the loss of my brother who God has called home on Sunday 2/20/22. This workout helped me focus on selfcare and feel a sense of accomplishment. This day started dreary and sad. I am taking time to unpack mentally, allowing myself to go through the emotions. Your workout gave me an inner peace I can not fully express. Therefore, keep on doing what you do; in my humble opinion, your workouts are strengthening body and soul through selfcare🙏🏽❤️

Robin & I have been doing this workout for awhile. We love it! For the 1st time I put on my ankle weights for the 1st two segments. Not sure I should have but I'm amazed that these moves really worked my back leg muscles. Wow!! Not bad for a 69 year old! 😄

❤At age 72, with a myriad of physical ailments, you have given me hope! I have been following for a couple months, and already feel so much stronger. Traveling to a gym is not possible, but your videos bring you to my living room every day. Thank you!

I've been having trouble getting myself going in the morning lately, but I started my day with this workout as soon as I was able to get up, and it felt good. This was my first time trying it, and I hadn't watched it in a long time, so I stuck to the original order instead of doing the strengthening portions first this time. Some of the cardio moves seemed to be good for leg strength too, which was a bonus for me. I always need to hold onto something when I'm doing any kind of leg extensions, but I tried to balance with my arms out during the "super slow march." I wobbled a little and needed to reach for the chair back a couple of times, but I managed without support for most of that exercise.🙂 April and Aiko, I hope you have both been enjoying this holiday season, and I'm wishing you and Mochi and your whole family a very happy, healthy New Year and much good health, happiness, and success in 2024 and far beyond! 🥳🎉💖 I'm looking forward to seeing what you will come up with for us in the new year and am hoping for another New Year's challenge.😘💞

Really nice workout! I was a bit sore from yesterday, but I am no longer sore! I have to admit that my balance has a lot room for improving. I had to hold onto a chair for that part of the workout. But I still work up a sweat, so I count that as a win! Thank you, April and Aiko!

I really enjoy these video so glad I found them. Just getting back to execise after loosing my husband 10 months ago. I was wondering what weight dumbbells and ankle weights are best to use for this workout.

We are so sorry for your loss. We are very proud of you for focusing on your health and getting stronger. The amount of weight depends on your current level of strength. Since you're just getting back into exercise, try going with light dumbbells 1-3 pounds and light ankle weights 2-3 pounds or no weights at all until you get stronger. The amount of weight varies with the type of exercise. For example, you may need a super light weight or no weight at all for shoulder exercises but may be able to hold a heavier weight for rows or bicep curls. I have just completed this 40 Minute All in One Workout. All I can say is awesome on this Twosday 02/22/2022. It is a rare occasion to see this date and be able to participate in a new exercise workout. I so enjoyed the time stamps located in the chapters posted for us, this is awesome and thanks so much. Thank you April and Aiko. This was a great workout. I missed my buddy Misho. I wish I hadn't donated my ankle weights years ago. Aiko you are a beast. Everytime April asks if you need water you say "No I'm good." and you were using ankle weights. 40 minutes is the perfect amount of time not too short and not too long. I prefer being in a chair. I can be barefoot which is more comfortable on my Arthritis even wearing custom made arch supports standing.

I’ve just started your exercises and love them am 68 but am getting mixed up could you number your exercises in order so I can start at beginning and work through in order I’ve found I difference in mobility mind you I’ve only been doing them since about to weeks ago have to be careful of my neck though but enjoy your workout love your mum to so jolly thanks hazel

I just finished this workout, and I like it! A nice variety with many moves that I haven’t done before. Never thought I’d be able to do the superfast walking in place like football players do in practice. Very empowering! Thanks, ladies!

Anyway to buy DVD’s of your video’s. My mother lives alone and doesn’t know how to use anything but her DVD player, not even her phone. I showed her many videos, to no avail but she’s watched your videos, the entire 50 minutes of one video, and she smiled the entire time and did some exercises along with you videos.

I did this one again today for Day 2 of the 7-Day Intermediate Workout Challenge. I used 5-pound weights this time and managed pretty well with them. Still wobbling a bit on the super slow march, but I was able to straighten myself out without holding onto anything this time. I also mixed up the order this time and did the strength exercises right after the warm-up and then went back to the cardio, adding a couple of extra stretches of my own to the final cooldown. Looking forward to Day 3! 🙂 (Jan. 8, 2024)
