I've been using these scripts for almost a year now and I'm glad someone with more reach has done a video on it to make it more popular. The post-install script is the first thing I do after getting Proxmox installed!

Yup, more LXC containers & possibly what we can do to secure them would be great. I had this site bookmarked but am trying to get a new Proxmox server up and running.

Yup this is a boon. Absolutely amazing work. When I had to redo my proxmox, I literally used this for every vms and containers. Saved me shit load of time and headache.

I really needed this. Totally broke My cluster yesterday trying out ceph. Doing a fresh install on both nodes right now.

Another thing related to this is the snippet system. I use snippets to turn my CPU performance governor up and down when my gaming VM turns on and off. It's surprisingly pretty slick.

I usually create a VM on Proxmox that hosts all those (docker) containers.. eg. I might create a MediaCentre VM, and then have all the associated containers within it like jellyfin, sonarr, etc, as opposed to creating several LXCs directly on the host

I'm interested in the jellyfin video. I was unable to stream from an external open source NAS that contained my home videos. If you'd be able to make a video like this, I'd be grateful. I was struggling with connecting the open source NAS with the HDD that was installed.

Lxc vs docker container what would you recommend to use with multiple containers (20 minimum)

thx i totaly forget about this, been using a raspberryPi for a while, and i get recently a "tiny pc lenovo mq715" and want to separe every app in container (instant having a container with docker and having 10 apps installed) thx

How did you know which file to grab/install . I can't seem to use Github as i always seem to grab the wrong file. I hate it.

What are the usernames and passwords these containers have, I installed Nextcloud and I am struggling to figure out the default username and password

I tried using one of the scripts in shell, I cut and pasted the code, then hit enter and nothing happens. It just drops down one line.. Any idea why it is not loading the script?

I tried creating an Ubuntu vm and ended up with this error:generating cloud-init ISO kvm: warning: host doesn't support requested feature: CPUID.01H:EDX.vme [bit 1] kvm: Host doesn't support requested features TASK ERROR: start failed: QEMU exited with code 1 Also whem i tried creating vms manually i ended with a black screen "Guest host haas not initialized the screen (yet)" when installing VM. Did i miss something? I am running Proxmox on Macbook M2. I was wondering if you can help me.? Some clarification, i am using UTM to run proxmox on M2. This issue is with all VMs that i have tried to create. I followed this video (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--KTTmrA3DX8.html) and i could see the same screen appear briefly when he started the vm but he was able to continue booting up his vm successfully. i am at a loss because i have spent days searching the web to no avail.

Yeah it's pretty good, I struggled getting vault warden up and running. But managed to get it up and running through this script library. I think dashy is also on this as well.
