Who's excited for the Minecraft 1.19 Wild Update??

Mojang could still put in fireflies, they could just be made to make frogs not eat the insects. The brilliance of Mojang astounds me sometimes.

One thing that they could’ve used the fireflies for is controllable light For example there should be a jar where you put fireflies in and the more fireflies you put in the jar the brighter the jar will get

Survival hardcore players will love the recovery compass :P

Fireflies are the best thing to be added in Minecraft so the entire surrounding has a glow light source that gives players a helpful way during night and also Minecraft is a bit quiet and lonely so it should give life in the surroundings

But here’s what I don’t get. Why did they have to remove it completely from the game? Just don’t make the frogs eat them. Like I understand removing cookies as a food source for parrots was necessary since chocolate is toxic to parrots and there was a small chance people like children might have given one of their real life parrots a cookie because that’s how they feed them in Minecraft. But how is fireflies being poisonous to frogs a potential hazard? Sure it isn’t scientifically accurate, but hardly anything in Minecraft is. Plus I doubt this will endanger any real life frogs by adding it to the game.

A new wood type was added in 1.16 Nether Update. the Crimson Nylium, and Warped Nylium.

I think the recovery compass should be kept in your inventory when you died so you can use it to locate your items. It's useless if you die while having it in your inventory (you can also put some on your spawnpoint unless you're in hardcore)

Honestly, I was afraid that this update would be really bad, that Mojang would make everything feel like a mod and not an update. But this looks really good! The mangrove swamp looks like the swamps we’ve always wanted, and the deep dark looks so cool! It’s almost like they listed to the community when making this update, which is kind of a first. As a 12 year Minecraft veteran, I approve! (:

Honestly the recovery campass is useless in hardcore mode but great video though ID keep it up 😊

The warden has such complex animations, comparing it to all the other mobs just makes him stand out and not in a good way. They should update the animations for the older mobs like Pigs and Cows as they have almost none to begin with.

I actually downloaded the beta version of 1.19 and It's Crazy! I also built a house from the mangrove wood

So glad the Deep Dark's finally added :)

Fun Fact : The Warden only spawns when the skulk shrieker is activated 3 times.

Since the Wild update is basically a Mild update Here's what I would've added if I were to create a wild update -add at least 3 new biomes (consists of Mangrove biome, Sakura biome, and Grand Canyon) -add 2-3 new tree types (Sakura trees, Mangrove trees, and palm trees) - add more ambient things wether it being effects, sounds, environment (Northern Lights, Fireflies, bird chirping, breeze/wind and leave seating sounds) -leave carpets (similar to moss carpets) - 1 new mob for each biome - redesign the birch forests (cuz I don't understand why they canceled the birch biome update) -maybe redesign how naturally generated trees look (birch and oak look to simple and bland. Large jungle trees, Large Spruce trees, aciaca trees just look plain awful, so giving them a redesign would be way better) Etc Now it may look much but that's the wild part about it lol, in my eyes that's a wild update

You know a community is sensitive when something as small as fireflies gets removed from a game

The warden also finds you using his sense of smell as well as his hearing and I have a good idea on how to kill the warden in the slowest way possible (fun fact the wither on bedrock edition is actually harder than the one on java edition in simple words 1 wither from bedrock edition is the same as 2 withers from java edition)

I hope they add scrapped features in the future updates

I don't know much about Minecraft but I still play it and I personally would like to see a volcanic biome with huge volcanoes and maybe, why not, volcanic eruptions one day. Would be cool to see.

In bedrock edition, even before 1.18 you place water in leaves. So this feature is finally coming to Java I think or did they been have it in Java?

the fireflies don't really have to be a mob (i think) if they put them in.they could've just been an animation for certain biomes with no hitbox.

Fireflies would have been an awesome addition, especially if you could catch them with a bottle to act like another light source

minecraft should add a new item called "double boat", the double boat can hold 4 players per boat, so you dont have to worry about boats holding only 2 PLAYERS, and also, in order to make the double boat, well, just simply put 2 of the same wooden boats in the crafting grid and BOOM, the double boat

If fireflies don’t come in because of that excuse, that will be the ultimate bruh moment. Like just remove the eating interaction between frogs and fireflies, that wasn’t the reason anyone was wanting the fireflies anyways.

I can’t wait for the new 1.19 update! There will be a new biome- I mean 2 that my friends can explore!

recovery compass is good and all but it only work if you have it stored next to respawn, imagine dying while trying to get your gear again

a bit disappointed on how the reinforced deepslate frame does nothing but maybe they'll do something with it in a part 2 update the lab under it is pretty cool though
