I keep my grocery store bags. I use it for trash bags. It works, and I haven't bought any plastic trash bags. It helps. I keep it tied in a knot inside qn empty tissue box. You can fit 100 of them in there.
I understand why you don’t keep the grocery bags with little kids around. I will tell you though, I’m not sure how you manage the kitty litter box, but that is what I use the grocery bags for, scooping the box. I’m a minimalist like you guys and I also adopted a sweet kitty a couple years ago ❤

Taking free things is GOOD. If the goal is to be utilitarian, then start a compost bin and take whatever waste biomass you can and incorporate it. If it is going to waste, then you can profit from it.
For Christmas we have our tree and special ornaments, stockings and a wreath, I think I have fairy lights also and a couple nutcrackers (my grandma loved them) I have one tote and everything besides tree has to fit otherwise it needs to be decluttered

When I had my apartment I use to have 6 foot tall X-Mas tree, it was so bulky. I was gifted a tiny 2 foot tree that fits on the kitchen table, it was so much better.

I am basically the absolute same way. Funny how also when we stop the clutter we can actually renovate our homes cheaply! And live much better. I learnt the same ways and things. Now it’s about being a bargain hunter! X

I just discovered your channel, and I'm binging on them. I agree with you about social things. I will only go if it is a family requirement like a wedding or funeral. Even then, I'll get out of it if I can. I'd rather stay home with my cats and read.

Everything but folding the clothes, lol .I learned how to fold it into a square block it's stay like that way even though I knock it down. I used to hate it, but now, like a hobby to they neatly fold .May I'm the only one who thinks like that 😂.

We dont decorate for holidays aside from our 4ft Christmas tree. I dont iron unless absolutely necessary I dont match socks or fold underwear We dont drink, dont have cable, buy dvds and cds second hand or heavily discounted Dont have a lot of toys and i dont wear make up, beyond mascara and coconut oil on my lips when we go to a wedding or funeral. Which is rare. We dont socialize.we use empty boxes to carry groceries and burn the boxrs off or repourpose them.
