I went to this event personally and all though it was hectic and unorganized as hell. I appreciate you for coming out and doing what you do for the community Dee
I am 56 and a MMA instructor...We must invest all we have in the young men coming up behind us...Thank you Deestroying for this platform...We must show the younger men that there is another path to success...May god continue to bless and keep you...
Much Love, Much Respect for what I see ya'll doing with these young fellas. I'm a 67 almost 68 year old black man with 3 grown sons(1daughter) Love what you're doing here. So positive, uplifting and you are still young enough where those boys can relate to you. I'm a full time musician now but back in da day growing up in South La. Football was KING. Still is. Keep doing what you doing young blood. Love it, Love it!!!
Coach OTB is the man! Knows his shit!! I love hearing him hype everyone up and give instructions prior and during the routes to the DBs. Great work coach!
Dee, what you're doing is HUGE for the culture and community. These young men will carry this experience with them for a long time and invest the same energy back. Thanks bro 💯
I was just thinking the same thing. He is encouraging kids to stay in school not by saying they should but by promoting organized sports which is something they understand alot more than some statistics about dropouts. Also he may encourage a few to try a different route to success such as with a video camera and a computer
FAKE FOOTBALL. THERE IS NO 5 YARD BUMB IN COLLEGE OR HIGH SCHOOL. THEY HAVE NO RUSH. FAKE FOOTBALL YOU CANT COVER A RECIVER ALL DAY WITH NO RUSH OR A NFL RULES
This man Dee has made these 1v1 so popular that I’m just waiting for this man to run these with college athletes, pros, the possibilities are endless. He’s legit making something grow so big that can give different type of opportunities to people that maybe didnt have a chance before. Keep up the dope work bro 🤙🏼
Hard to get D1 athletes to risk it all. Many of the scholarships are setup kinda like nfl contracts. You get hurt outside of official activities they can cut you and you lose the scholarship.
Been doing one on one's since I was a kid haha. They're HUGE in football. I didn't even live in a football town and we ran 1 on 1's at the park weekly. Never to this extent (we weren't paying 1000's lmao) but it was fun. I love that he's making it big in media, though. If NFL was smart, they'd bring him in to run something like this during the pro bowl.
I am an old man that was never really into football but I really enjoyed this video and respect this RU-vid channel, you allow young kids to see a part of life they might never be able to see , you bring a spotlight to make some kid shine that might never had an avenue to show off his abilities.. keep going and god bless
I don't play ball but I watched this whole dang video. I'm so happy to see such a big group of young men getting together and doing something positive and constructive. Keep up the solid work and positive vibes.
As someone who played defensive back at the D1 level and coached both high school and college, this was so much fun to watch. I miss this type of competition. I'd love to coach some of these DBs up. These QBs didn't do a whole lot of favors for their receivers either haha.
Look at the very young boys taking this in as an example. Hustle hard play hard. Can’t explain how much I enjoy this channel. I AM a football coach here in Northern New Jersey. These young men make me proud. Little man caught the ball both hands right to his chest. Well done son!
li swear bruh cuz ppl never believe me when i say 1on1s are made for the receiver like it should atleast be best out of three but i understand for the sake of time.. still though i think the last db standing should get something shiddd
@@twestbih6321 I swear the amount of balls that were behind and receiver had to damn near full on stop or jump on a wide open route pissed me off. It gave the DB 5 free yards of ground makeup. If Tua underthrows tyreek and the corner gets to recover front blame tyreek. Making an easy completion and tough one is the worst things a qb can do.
The amount of talent that these kids have is unparallel. So many of them love the sport and the competition. Unfortunately, only a few will make it to the top and those who do, are really the best of the best! I salute all of them!
@Sub if you are against Antifa and BLM yes many black children become nothing in life due to their obsession with sport and lack of family structure at home. Someone needs to tell them to just focus on getting a W2 job and living normally and dedicating themselves to learning and growing in character
@Sub if you are against Antifa and BLM facts and some of them won’t go to college because they need to provide for their family and some will sell drugs or go to jail. Not prejudice. Happens to white guys too. Just the truth. Great talent. Unlucky circumstances. My uncle once said the some best athletes in the world are in prison for life.
This is what community is about, hearing all of these kids and young men shouting it up, cheering in the begining with smiles and excitment gave me chills. Good old fashion competition, It made me wish I was young enough to be there and participate! Shout to all who were there, Godbless them all!
15:47 That QB is kinda disturbing to me. Dude can't thro. Update 11/12/22. After further examination of the route, you gentlemen maybe correct that the receiver added that extra cut that contributed to an incomplete pass. Watch the route…..✌🏾
@Caleb It is very difficult when you have zero idea of what the route will be. In an organized game, the QB knows the routes and generally where the receiver is headed.
9:32 that contact throughout the route was some top notch stuff. A whole lotta hands but no tugging or pushing and bro finished it with a pick. That was nice.
As a former D1/ Professional Running back, this made me miss the game 🙏🏽 the toughness and competitive nature you learn on the field will follow you in everything you do off the field in life 💪🏽
bra, this so humble and wholesome. love seeing big groups of people just enjoying sport together, i'm from Australia, we love sport, but this gathering is fire.
Amazing content man... Providing these kids with the opportunity to show their stuff on a grand stage is great. I imagine this format growing larger and actually turning into something like a 5-star camp that could actually mean something besides exposure. Keep it up
this is the positive reinforcement that needed in the community. Everyone had fun. Everyone motivated and inspired. and lastly everyone ALIVE. much respect
I rarely watch a entire RU-vid video that's over 15min. So the fact that I did for this one means this was some good content! Nice job to all the participants
Shout out to the 40 gang! Dude was probably a beast back in the day and still got a little bit! At 45, I can still run decently in a straight line but cutting left and right …..🤣🤣🤣
@Deestroying Beautiful to see you do this for these talented hard working young men. Everyone sees the talents, I want to recognize the off camera work these men put in. Im going to stay plugged aka tuned in for the simple fact I respect you shining a light in the community, the people and the work. Good look bruh bruh. 💯
23:55 so nobody gon talk about how that guy publicly singled this scary ass db out to show out in front of everybody and then proceeded to destroy him after getting him all riled up ready to murder his ass on this pitch lol,the guy confidence in his abilities is thru the roof
He's not getting anyone out the hood with $900. This shit gives the hood a bad name. Watching all the product of failed parenting. A bunch of kids over hype about some basic ass reps, to the point someone is going to get shot over a fucking rep. What a joke.
I don't even understand rules of american football but I'm here for the energy and the goods vibes! Thank you Dee for sharing W videos! Love from Caribean West Indies Martinique 💪🏾
This channel showed up in my suggestions. Man this is fire. The work put into the production not to mention the intensity on field by these young athletes. Mad respect! Liked, subbed, and shared!
Hey man if you see this I'm not really a football guy (I'm a hockey player) but these videos have brought the sport to me from a way different perspective. The hype is unreal and I kinda wanna try football after watching this. All those guys are insane athletes.
NICE TO SEE YOU WORKING ON THE QUALITY OF ORGANIZING EVENTS🔥 HOPEFULLY SOON YOU GET MORE BANDZ SO MORE DAWGS GET A CHANCE AT THE BAG AND RECOGNITION💯⚡️ NEVER KNOW WHO YOUR MISSING OUT ON💯
After watching reruns of that 40-year-old cat, you can tell he is a much more polish, slicker receiver than the other receivers. In other words, his trick bag is several levels deeper than the other much younger receivers. So, if your a young man dealing with much older experience men, you must be very careful with them and come up with your own nasty little tricks!
That 40 yr old doing these young D1 dudes like that just goes to show you that you never too old to do anything. Whether its chasin your passion or smokin mfs in a route
I played both sides of the ball in my career, and I love it as a receiver when a corner tries to grab me, just like in hoops, I slap that arm down, and light him up. As a corner, I never grabbed, but hit your but coming off the line and gave you no breathing room. I was in your face. What bothers me is when corners have a easy interception, but instead get called for a foul. If he looks, you look - and intercept the ball- it's simple - it's enroute. These guys grab a LOT! When I knock they hand down - with a haymaker, they are off balance and I am gone. I miss football SO much!!!!!! I love this channel, bro. Keep bringing it.
Wish they had this back in my day. Our team won the 1997 Air it Out national title and played the NFL team on tv. We were the Miami team. We beat Jeff Hostetler, Carnell Lake, Jimmy Smith, and Terrell Davis. Davis and Smith led the NFL the year before in rushing and receiving yards. And we beat the pros! I was the team captain and we brought in a friend who we played in HS with who had moved to Arizona. I'm J-Will, and our team was J-Crew. The NFL guys were bigger and stronger, but we were quicker and put it on them. That's one of my greatest memories and accomplishments ever. Don't know why they stopped running those tournaments. They later changed the name from Air it Out, but they had like 25 tournaments and the winners of the Top Gun division played a tournament and we won it. I have the video tape here, and thinking of getting it digitized to upload here.
This just underlines that a big part of being a DB is arriving explosively at the moment of the catch. so many of the DBs were in position to almost certainly cause a fumble or incompletion. The job for receivers in pads and helmet gets harder tracking and catching the ball while DBs are still more focused on the receiver and general ball arrival and are less effected. I think many DBs got sidelined here due to no contact no equipment game. That said, I love it, love you. This is great stuff.
