Yes, it is a great camper! We love it because it is so retro now....a classic in excellent condition! The lady we bought it from had it in a garage for 20 years, that's why it's in such great shape.
I admire your rig. I’m still using a truck bed tent setup. I want a camper like that. No heater, ac, or frig. Fewest possible things to break. My diesel heater should heat something like that nicely. Plenty of room for me. Maybe I’ll get a dog as camping partner. Ah, someday.
Thanks bud, a diesel heater would work great. I plan on getting one eventually. I love having my dog with me camping, she is great company. Thanks for commenting, take care!
So relaxing to just watch you and doggo chill out. I just started solo camping myself after years of camping in company, loving the solitude of being alone in the bush and dare I say it escaping the lovely wife for a few days. My dog though is an English Pointer and too game focused to be trusted off leash, so he stays home. Been thinking about a pop top too, you have almost convinced me to make room in the driveway for one😂 Happy camping man.
Thank you bud, I really appreciate the nice comment, I don't trust Sierra 100%. I usually keep her leashed, I would never forgive myself if she ran off and I lost her....I would be heartbroken! I always keep a light on her collar at night also, just incase. I love the pop-up, plus it's old and vintage and in great shape. Take care and happy camping to you also!!
Nice video. I have a 84 Rockwood that looks identical to your camper. I do a lot of remote camping and would highly recommend an axle flip to get more clearance going down those back roads. My heeler loves to camp also.
Thanks, I have seen the axle flip and I would like to do that someday. This pop-up really does sit low. Awesome your dog loves camping also, I've found that it's just not the same without my dog with. Take care bud and thanks for watching and commenting!
You are too funny with all your disasters 😂 You certainly had enough fire and heat going. Good for you! Hope you and your wife and family had a Merry Christmas! 🎄
Hope you had a Merry Christmas as well, and have a Happy New Year! I think the next camp will go smoothly, probably, maybe... we shall see! Thanks and take care!!
Ya man, had a few issues. We still had fun, wasn't that bad. I always make sure Sierra is taken care of, she's my #1 priority....thank god I don't have to cook her food...lol! Take care bud, as always... Thank you!!
A little bit of duct tape will fix that coat right up LOL! That little camper looked comfy. We looked at one about that size when we were looking for a camper to live in temporarily while our house was being worked on and I liked it but we had three dogs Sierra's size so had to get something with a bit more floor space. I'm sure Sierra liked it fine.
I guess I could duct tape it...lol. Maybe I'll throw it in the fire next video! The camper is great, but ya it's not huge at all. But it is great for camping! Best for just sleeping in if you have too many bodies. Thank you so much for commenting and watching, I really do appreciate it, Take care!!
Well, this video was the first time I used the camper since July. So it took a little longer. I would say now that I could set up everything in under 30 minutes. Less if we're only talking about the pop up camper. I try to make things as easy as I can. Thank you so much for commenting and watching. If you have anymore questions, just ask. Take care and thank you!
It is the Winnerwell Nomad View Large. It really is a nice stove and puts out a ton of heat. I've had it for 2 years and it is solid. A little expensive, but it holds up. I have used it many many times. Thanks for watching bud, take care!
Burns the food, camp gets wrecked, ruins the coat. Still not a complete disaster until... he brings out a bottle of Moose head?! Now it's a disaster. Just pick it all up and go home.
