21:40 I think Viego stealing Nasus's body (and his frozen heart) slowed Zeri's attack speed for literally one or two cycles. I guess maybe Viego must still count as the stolen champ until Heartbreaker fully finishes. edit: nevermind, the frozen heart debuff disappears, but the wither from nasus reaches its full strength on that last q.
