Finally someone caught on to it. Also just here to clarify one thing as an aphelios one trick. The reason that draw your sword is so good on aphelios is because of the way most of his abilities work, allowing you to essentially auto from a fixed distance instead of range dependant (calibrum marks, severum onslaught, infernum Q) you essentially get the DYS bonuses without the drawbacks as you are able to make more than enough use of it's stats without diminishing range with the use of your abilities, which essentially means if and built correctly you'll always have won the fight before the enemy gets close to you even with the short range. Props for recognizing the importance of pen stacking on the champ, dirk start was on point. As a general tip tho you mostly wanna essentially have IE crit amp, get that crit chance to 100% somehow and then have your pen stacking work in favor of that since mid-late game aphelios deals no damage without crits. So ideally you wanna be looking at some crit prismatic (hamstringer preferably since it procs on sev Q crits), IE and LDR as core items (although one funny thing that I recommend trying atleast once is going serylda's instead if you got lethality anvils, you can easily achieve 50% pen if u got lucky that game) Also yeah arena Aphelios plays like a caster most of the time, really liked you caught on to these things. Anyways, that's it for the backseat comment (sorry), would love to see more Aphelios gameplay :)
When you take draw your sword, you become melee, so you get the melee buff for scoped, it doesn’t increase the stats that you “lose”. Pretty funny interaction 🙂
Nidhogg, in my latest time you are absolutely the only one person on youtube that I truly enjoy watching. You make me laugh really hard, I love your sense of humor, your creativity and the fact that you are not afraid to be yourself. I especially enjoy when you curse or make some really strong jokes. I haven't seen such a strong person in a really long time. Hope you are doing well. Also, the best thing about you is that you are really supportive of people you are playing with. If someone starts some topic you dont find really interesting you dont cut it in unpleasant way like most people do. You just try to go along with it and add something interesting you think about. Thats simply wonderfull
btw if u have banner of command u can use it as your camera is zooming in on the fight and get an instant refresh making your teamate have the banner buff at the very start of the fight and u can use it again anytime.
I REEEEEALLY appreciate the awareness and, therefore, proper edit to make sure us players who still have never read Aphelios abilities can understand what is going on or why some things are good or not.
Draw your sword is always such a funny janky time. The Augment plus Twitch R just ignores everything and looks goofy as hell. Good shit found out about supervive cause of you and me and the bros had a fun time excited for when it releases and we see more content from you!
People don’t play phel in arena because he needs actual perfect micromanagement of every part of his kit to get what other champs get for completely free
Another good champion to abuse draw your sword is Graves, had a game that I could literally just oneshot any squishy in range with an auto. His passive still works so when you hit with melee range you still get the extra pellets dealing an absurd amount of damage
dude buying hats is so underrated you have to make a video where you try to make the tallest hat tower ever, i had a crazy game with aurelion sol and gambler's blade and at the end of the game i had a tower of 20 hats
hey king, you know how much % increase draw your sword would be with cait and scopiest weapons(before choosing draw your sword) and potentially scopier weapons?
They should change chaffeur to have the guy that takes it be able to position around the other champ. Would maybe require a nerf for the stats but that would be so funny
Hey Nidhogg just letting you know in case you don't: draw your sword doesn't take range after you get the augment so with kindred for example if you keep stacking attack range, you won't lose it, same for scoped weapons 11:55
Btw, what would happen if you are the one attached with chauffeur and you get hold very still. Would you get the invisibility since you aren't the one inputting any movement commands. Same way the ally can move a nunu who is ulting
Hi nidhogg, i rolled dont chase and etheral weapon on gangplank but I wasn't good enough to pull it off, u should try it because his passive procs on don't chase with eth
I'd love to see an augment that gives you jhin passive. So you'd also get a powerful 4th attack but you'll also need to "recharge". Or maybe just something that makes your attacks hit harder but attack speed is drastically reduced
Try tank lillia with don't chase, and phenomenal evil and yuumi, also curious if choffeur works on yuumi, giving the bonus speed but also being intangible
I just tried an interesting combo, Fiora with silver augment "Don't chase", the gas can hit on the vitals, you can "fastcombo" the R in 1 second, is pretty curious
The two real-time images cover a lot of space. One only needs to capture the face, and the other only needs to capture the hands. Can the space be reduced by 1/2? Talking about the operation, the operation is so smooth and powerful.
is it possible to get circle of death on non-tank/healer champs? i went it on mundo and noticed it procced spell effects like night harvester. could you go an afk-evelynn build with circle of death and spell effects? even ethereal weapons for more jank?
@@azelynhirano7737 nah we were gonna go for an evelynn + demonic embrace build where u constantly put yourself below the healing threshold to just circle people all day lmao. would take too long though.
I have taken circle of death with bel’veth and wukong in the hopes that item healing would count but doesnt seem to work that way. I think it can get offered to anyone since it works with health regen. The game seems very vague on what it counts as healing or not.
i dont really know if this got fixed or not, but you can take scoped weapon to get back the range you lose and increase the bonus from DYS. My friend had a Samira game which had DYS and scoped weapon I and II, he hit for a ton of dmg, all items count as melee and got 75 and 150 range because DYS made Samira melee.
yoo nidhogg when u start a round everything just restart like ur abilities and things u get instead of ghost like banner so basicly u can do banner last sec before round start so u have it cuz its long duration and u can do re banner same with olaf R if there is a sett u get free R cuz u just AA sett and u boost ur R and othe more things u can do to abuse this have fun :D
I don’t know if you’ve come across this bug, but earlier today I was playing Belveth and got warm up. Stacked it up to 24, pressed E and it let me stack it again up to 30. Idk if it’s a visual UI bug or if it increased my damage. Idk if I could warm up past 30 just something neat I wanted to shared
Wait, is "Draw Your Sword" a bit bugged? You had 999 HP before picking it. Then your HP should've gone to around 1349 HP, but it went to 1220 HP, which I thought was only a 25% increase, but if it WERE a 25% increase, your HP would've been 1249, approximately. And that bonus that you should get should've been even higher because of all the range you lost. Or is it just bonus HP? Which also makes no sense, since you have no bonus HP, you only had the Dirk to start off with. xd
Not gonna lie. For your average player that champ with that build will win maybe 1 out 100 games. But challengers and high elo players that have decicated alot of time into the game can make anything work. 3/10 build for majority of the community. 8/10 for high elo. Definitely stronger builds in your channel let alone the game.
