Tge quality of diesel and additives in addition to seals quality. It's common with VW

It's your turbo leaking oil, running back into your intake, worn shaft, egr valve would be very sticky sooty carbon

i dont think so. I drive 10k km without filling oil... i sold the car without fixing the problem, so i can not say sure what it was. but i think some sealings at the injectors

Injectors seals leaking diesel making this smoke.

have the exact same problem.. changed all the gaskets on the injectors but it continues. Did you find out what it was?

Mine was the same, check if ur oil level is correct, mine was with cracked cylinder head and the oil was mixed with diesel. The result is busted engine.

No Diesel in oil. Every 10000km 1l engine oil but that ist normal on an r5 with wrong oil service

4th Gear that’s really good, my advise is to figure it out before you melt something, because it’ll be expensive
