Well that’s got to be the coolest color on a Nose Cone shovel I’ve ever seen…building a chopped sporty coming up in the spring after we get our income tax back….ive already got a Twin Cam chopper I built about 10 years ago…so I have a bike to ride…I think I’ve solved the mystery as to paint…a purple frame and possibly pink tins…add some fish scales, sun rays, and lace….youll have one killer Sporty Chop! Love this channel! Chop what ya got!!
Marc's proper chopper ala mid-1960s. His bike is running the correct fork boots. Tedd Cycle has those boots. "Marinate" those boots in Armor-All to prevent them from dry-cracking/weathering. I like the bike's color. I'd run high-low headers with cocktail shaker mufflers or shorty mufflers. Be safe people.
Late last yr I bought a 1999 1200c and it came with a ding in the tank. Went to lowbrow and ordered a new 2.9 gal tank and took it to the harley dealership close by. They sent it and 3k of my money off to get painted. Some 6 months later they weren't finished. So went to get money back. They said no problem we will cut you a check and when the job comes in I can just purchase it. I told them if they give me a check I'm spending it. They said why not spend it here. They showed me the 2006 883L and wanted 2.9k I jokingly told them if they dropped it to 2.6k I would buy it. They did and I did
Your oil bag isn’t fitting right and hitting the clutch release arm because you’re missing the battery tray spacers. They use 2 spacers. Also replacing the check ball in the oil pump won’t fix a thing, you have to lap the new ball to the pump and also peen it.
You’ll be surprised how awkwardly silent it can get without leading on the conversation with some of our friends 😂 But you’re right, definitely gotta cut down on the rambling lol guilty as charged
